I remember this song from 1980. I only had one very small child then and my wife and I used to sing this song in church and all my life. I sang small pieces of the songs as I remembered the words so I just talked the words into my phone and push search and I found this, and right now I’m very happy
I have prayed this song to many, especially during the end of life, and great loss. It speaks to the spirit. Psalms 5. My son and daughter know this song well.
Beautiful. I was reading Psalm 5 this morning during my Bible reading. And the lyrics of this song from my childhood came back to me. All of my life , every so often the partial lyrics of this song would come to my mind. I found your video this morning and was shocked that I knew all the lyrics still. You blessed my morning. I love acoustic worship!
I was trying to find this song on utube up to speed. I am playing and singing 5 scripture songs in church tomorrow, and your arrangement was the speed I have always heard it in my spirit. Otherwise it seems like it is being dragged out of the anointing. Thank you for placing your music online. Scripture songs need to make a comeback. We sang them in the 70s & 80s. If we can sing 200 to 300yr old Christmas hymns we can sing 40+ yr old scripture songs.
This song is very beautiful and you sang & played it so well. I'm sure it blesses you each time you sing it, especially when you sing it early in the morning. God bless you!
Hi! Do you mean certain songs from our channel (like this Songbook project playlist) or any/all songs? Because some of the songs I've posted do have copyright and I try not to monetize those that I'm pretty certain have copyright, but generally the publishers are okay with posting on RUclips without a Sync License because they claim the copyright and monetize the videos themselves. So, for songs that are public domain that I've covered, I'm not too worried about your using those as part of your morning devotion; while for songs that have copyright, I'm just not sure of the legality side of you reusing them on Facebook.
@@loomacy for this song, as far as my performance of it through this recording is concerned, I'm fine with you using it. The song does have copyright handled by Capitol CMG Publishing, so I'm no sure how that works with them. But from my side, go ahead.
Please don't do chords... learn to play music. Please. I'm tired of worship leaders today strumming and keyboarding chords without hearing the pure notes of music.
One of my favorite worship songs during my childhood. Coming to know and love Jesus for myself. This really blessed me.

Hi! Would you allow this music to be used in a daily FB Live stream? I plan to use it for a Morning Devotion on FB Live

@@TheNCrewEliEli Thanks for replying. I meant this song in the video ("Give Ear to my Words)

@@TheNCrewEliEli Thank you! I will make sure to ask those tuning in to our morning devotions to watch this on RUclips. God bless you
@@loomacy The song is "Psalm 5" by The Road Home c. 1975. Bill Sprouse wrote the arrangement. This video is a cover of that song without giving credit
Have you made a new channel?
Emmanuel Gallardo how so?

If you'd like the chords, I can make a PDF of the words with chords for you. Please send an email to info@thencrew.com about this request.

@@jklewis54the melody is always in the chords. It's up to the player to find them.
