- This is the @huaweiarabia MatePad 11.5”S and something I really like about it is its anti-glare display. This lets you watch content, without getting distracted by reflections on screen from ambient light. With this anti-reflective coating, there’s also enough texture and resistance from the display to make writing and drawing feel realistic. Huawei has also gone the extra mile in terms of software optimization, with a new GoPaint application that is optimized for professional art!

I reduced my ggogle dependent since 2019. limiting to youtube and g maps
U still have the access to it in there, but for less money)
(Yes I know that you have to use gbox etc, but it is not such a problem
In my experience the Black of G services is not a problem at all. You don't use them that much in a tablet, or at least I don't, and if you need there's always a way.

Could someone please tell me the main difference between this and air paper mate edition??? It seems very similar to air paper mate edition. I've ordered air paper mate today, but now undecided. Is it worth waiting for this one? My main purpose is reading.

It's almost similar in terms of feel & features. HuaWéi made it so many varieties just to beat another véndor.
HuaWéi try to compete in tablét market because phones and laptop market is so crowded with another big players.
@thiostory I was just undecided about the screen side. There is no chance where I live to compare them in any store. I have to order both for comparing. I hope there is no huge difference on the screen side between this new model and the Matepad Air PaperMatte edition. Thank you so much for your answer. It helps a lot!

Trust me the 11.5 changes your perspective, I always wanted a tablet that was smaller, but the 11.5 had provided high quality for good prices, and it's amazing. You slowly adapt to the size of the screen, it makes me want to buy a bigger matepad 😂

Yeah, and it can automatically generate index for pdf files. My classmate have one matepad 11, that function really attracts me as an iPad user 😢

@VaibhavsTech hmm yeah but not always. Wired earphone always be better than Bluetooth device no matter how much advanced Bluetooth earbud it is. And I am sure 3.5mm jack will come back again to the future devices. Today's trend removing 3.5mm jack from device doesn't feel any futuristic.

(Say goodbye to Amazon prime video, Hotstar Disney. Only Netflix works that too without HD settings) Only thing that works properly is web browsers apps(OTT platforms still don’t play in web browsers for some reason I tried), through which I add website link as app.
