As a former nanny to two precious girls who are now adults, I am very blessed to still be considered "family" and a part of their lives. How wonderful for them to reconnect after all of those years, and that fierce hug the moment she realizes who is standing in front of her just says it all. ❤
The world really really needs more of these loving and healing experiences right now more than ever to unite us and get us through during the tough times ahead ❤️
The way the nanny starts grabbing her hair once she realized who she was 🥹 You can just tell how close they were from that interaction. Like a Mother and her daughter.
I can 100% relate We had a nanny growing up in Dominican Republic too, we moved back to Miami when I was 9 years old and the separation was brutal on me. I became withdrawn and intravert. We kept in touch here then and now we speak all the time. She lives in Jersey now, i've gone to visit and vice versa and my relationship with her is that of an older sister for me... Needless to say, she is going to visit Japan with me in March... I thank God for her ❤
My girlfriend is dominican, and I don't think I would ever find someone who takes care of me so well and with such love. Dominicans are really lovely people. For all you american friends out there to know, from spain
This is so sweet, this is a very strong bond that will last pass this world we know. My nanny passed away long ago but, I still feel her close to me. God bless this family.
The bond that grows between babies and toddlers with the one caring for them, is one which is very unique, very strong, and very powerful. My nanny's name was Mary, she was as old as my grandmother, when I became a teenager, I would often see her and guess what, she would give me a dollar or two, even if I refused she would insist me having it. I have never spent any money she gave me, and I still hold on to it. She passed away back in the late 90s. I kind of enjoy holding on to the gifts people gave me, I don't even throw the gift wrappers. It has a nostalgic feeling to it.
When you're a child and someone is very, very good to you growing up. You become a adult and you're eyes are open to how dangerous and bad the world can be. The people you automatically remember are the ones who were so good to you,you realize just how important and amazing they really are.
🙏 ♡ 🤍 Thank everyone who does act of kindness, mercy to one's nanny, parents... May everyone be happy & free from suffering... respect from Thailand...
Kindness costs nothing but it means everything and kindness is a gift everyone can afford to give Kindness is a language that the deaf can hear and the blind can see
My aunt was a domestic like this woman. Had pictures & everything of the kids from children through marriage. She’s 89 & well loved in our small coastal town. She was always too tired to nurture her own gently when she got home. Her daughter is now in her 50s & disaffected with affection & plagued with attention seeking behavior - even at her grown age. Everything is an exchange ✨
@@blacknbougie8021 It helps me to understand our community more, understanding exchanges like this & their cost. I’m so grateful I don’t have to make that choice. 🙏🏿💯💕✨
My wife was the lead teacher for toddlers for 5 years at a school/church. I can tell you, if any of those "babies" as we called them were to come up to her now or 45 years from now...she would remember them.
I consider my former nanny as my second mother. I can't call her nanny. Unfortunately her son doesn't let me and my family take care of her now at her old age 😢💔 and he's not good to her 💔
Nannies often love the children as their own.
But most often they don't and even sometimes they do horrible things.
@@surgeonsergio6839 From what I have seen, that is the exception, not the norm. Most nannies help raise the kids as if they were their own.
And sometimes, their own children wish they didn't.
"mi hija!" (my daughter)I lost it
When she finally realizes those are HER babies and she grabs her!!!!!
A grown man just cried .
I felt the love..
Nah fr tho
yo man something flew in my eye too

This is true. If I can't give love to my kids bc I'm too depleted from giving it other's, that's an unfair & detrimental exchange.

Best part is the picture at the end with Ruffina ( idk if that’s how you spell it) holding the girls baby.

So the parents were absent? Glad that the nanny was around to provide motherly love to these kids.
Hopefully they will keep in touch with one another.
