You can see in his eyes how much this has all meant to him. Winning MGP, going to Eurovision, Norway in general. I truly believe that this song and this experience has meant the world to him
Oh my god, to see Andreas sing without his sunglasses that is huge. He's so sweet and precious and he was the best thing at Eurovision 2021.

Gorgeous performance. From the start where you show links back to the the teacher with his guitar to the powerful message at the end that was sung to you in the museum. And like you in the museum we were also all brought to tears. And all of this without your shades on, not performing as TIX but as Andreas. We are so lucky to have you in this world and I hope that your fans give you some joy too as you do so much for us.
this is the first time i ever seen him without sunglasses and he was good without them and he deserves all the love that he is getting because he is an amazing singer and when he was crying, that was powerful.
Also first time he has performed om stage without Tix on his headband and the coat. He never performs in normal clothes like this either. He is just Andreas here (and thats more than enough) He looks so calm and happy. His voice has a calming effect, its so beautiful….and this version and arrangement was incredible.

to be honest. I dont think i've ever heard a song more beautiful song than this one
I remember seeing this and being absolutely moved by all the symbolism in this performance... And now again, goosebumps all over. This is pure Andreas, almost no TIX in sight. No sunglasses, no fur coat, not even a sweater. No 'TIX' on the headband. Ending with the version in HAIK from Emelie Hollow. If I heard it right... instead of 'Jeg er so svak' ('I am so weak') I heard 'Jeg var so svak' ('I was so weak'). The Norwegian chorus with is not 'Hun er alt for bra for meg' ('She is way too good for me') but 'Jeg var bare en fallen engel' ('I was just a fallen angel')... Thank you for being this vulnerable, Andreas. Know you mean a lot to a lot of people.

@@BG0178 Emilie Hollow is the co-writer of the english lyrics of Fallen angel. There is nothing wrong with her. She is a Norwegian artist and she made a beautiful tribute to Tix/Andreas in a TV show called «Haik» where the host drives Norwegian artists through their home city and surprises them with different things along the way (to give something back to the artist, since the artists have given so much to their fans). In the last part of her performance (in Norwegian), she changed the lyrics to sing directly to Tix which made him so emotional.
Translated to: «But you, you are not a fallen angel, you are what the whole Norway needs, and you must understand that we will never let you go, cause you make all of our thousand tears disappear, makes light out of darkness, for us».
That last part in Norwegian he honored and sang at the end of his performance (during this performance on MGP final), but he changed the lyrics a bit so that he sang to all of us instead.

Funny you said that cause Tix said in an interview with Wiwiblogs that Efendi was supposed to be in Norway and on stage with him in the MGP final. They had bought plane tickets, but something came up so she didnt make it.
