    Thanks for the license explanation as you never know when I might need the ability to make money from my catch....and also
    seeing the "rig" setup from "A~Z", very kool to share all that even telling us why you used stuff b/c you had extra. That's very
    important & for that bottom clip I used to use aluminum pop-tops off of cans. I kid ya not & they are laying all over the place
    so I pick em' up to use in my rigs b/c they work &are cheap. peace man

    When you cut the dropper loop into one strand of line, it tangles like crazy.Its best to leave a regular dropper loop in my eyes.

    Hey! Just catching this video but thanks for answering the license question. Very fascinating answer, I knew it had to differ from the vessel license but didn’t really know how. In addition to the bag limits, are there any differences in size? I know here in Texas for red snapper for example they can keep little juvies that us rec guys could never keep

    • @sainttaint3585
      @sainttaint3585 6 месяцев назад

      I just keep thinking of new questions. Does this saltwater products license extend to your vessel if you are fishing on a vessel or is it a unique license?

    • @JoeyAntonelli
      @JoeyAntonelli  6 месяцев назад

      Some fish have different sizes, but pompano are the same size but different bag limits. If I'm on my boat and there isn't a license on the boat everyone on the boat needs a license if we are keeping commercial limits.

    Great stuff. Very informative. Couple of things I would take away and use I) no float on the bottom hook, float on the one above it ii) cut the line on the dropper loop so one line from main line to hook. Fish get line shy; never saw the point of having two lines. Keep them coming , I’ll keep watching.

    • @JoeyAntonelli
      @JoeyAntonelli  6 месяцев назад

      I like the single line, but many great Pompano fishermen use the loop.

      Both areas can be very good. Your best butt is to stop by one of the local tackle shops or give them a call on your way there and ask for some intel. They get people coming in going all day long giving them reports.

    good videos but i prefer videos that have something to learn not just watch somebody catch fish. there is such limited content that focuses on the surf that would like to learn as you go... fishing rip for day? trough? water temp?

      RUclips isn’t just to hold your hand and show you how to do everything. That’s the problem nowadays. People who have no clue what they are doing instead of trying stuff out for themselves and finding a bite just rely on a youtube video.

    • @johnnoneya7493
      @johnnoneya7493 6 месяцев назад

      @@austinberger4252 you tube is both entertainment and learning depends what you are looking for. if i want to watch somebody just catch fish i take myself to beach and watch myself catch em. was trying to give him ideas on more content that might increase his subs and thus income. the content creators i watch most are ones that have atleast one tip or breakdown of what conditions they are fishing otherwise dont waste my time, sure i am not the only one. problem with people these days is they think helping people is a bad thing!!

      My guy Joey does great videos, he usually does go more into detail of what is going on, he also said at the beginning this video that this was a commercial video and wouldn't be as detailed as most of his other videos...that is if you were paying attention. You seem like someone who can't go out and find the fish...you know like actually spend your money and do your time. You are the guy that wants to be told exactly what to do. You have this RUclips profile picture with a nice catch but let me guess you were probably on a charter where someone did everything for...told you what bait, where to go, supplied you with a rod, and all you had to do was reel. I can't stand people like you running your damn mouth about one of my locals, who you don't know period and trying to shame their channel so take your negative bs and keep it to yourself. 🤡🤡🤡🤡
