Great looking meats! I've been fortunate enough to have had them all as well as moose & caribou/reindeer & ostrich. But as pedestrian as it sounds, my favorite is still the good old fashioned lamb loin chop! I just wish they were the size of beef porterhouse....

However that may be a little too much work, particularly if I can cook it the way you show today. Definitely buying venison tenderloin. Looking to improve my protein intake and all four that you cooked today fit the bill, without the fat (which I love, but need to go easy on)
It would be nice if someone could disprove the rumors that salty tales guy has died... If he is alive, shame on him for keeping us in the dark while these rumors spread.

Hell yeah the deer meat getting some love. Do yourself a favor and butterfly cut the whole fillet and stuff it with cream cheese and jalapeño then wrap in in bacon. You will love it!

It can't be good... They are so friendly and care about their fans, they would have made an announcement by now saying they were taking a break (if they could). I wonder if it might be for legal reasons. I do sincerely hope to hear from them again someday and that they are doing ok.
