A montage for the year in gaming, I hope you enjoy.
There are 72 games released in 2015* featured in the video. Some games get a lot of screen time, others not. Unfortunately, that's just how it panned out, I try not to pick favourites.
Thanks for watching the video, it's much appreciated. This is a passion project for me, I do it for fun and having received such positive response in the past is very heartwarming.
*Elite: Dangerous was released in late December of 2014 and I did not include it last year so that's why it's in this year.

I just noticed that it was 21:9, but youtube put the black bars on it.
I add the black bars to create consistency with the clips... since some of them already have the bars but others don't. Keeps it looking clean without any jarring cuts between 21:9 and 16:9.
I got chills 3 separate times in this video from the flashbacks of some great games this year. Great video.
Thanks to everyone for watching, sharing, and commenting! All feedback is appreciated as long as it's constructive. I apologize for missing a few games that a lot of people were excited about, particularly Undertale.
In regards to the criticism of only using cutscenes: Yes, probably 95% of the video is taken from story-driven or promotional cinematic footage. I just wanted to say that it's my style of doing things. Someone else might do it differently and all power to them. I encourage others to do something similar to what I have done in their own way, it makes for great original content and something that we can all enjoy.
Alright, now I'll step off of my soapbox to once again thank you for watching and enjoying my videos; this is just a hobby for me and it makes the work I put in worthwhile when I receive such a positive response.

*I'm going overseas for the last week of November and a bit of December so the video will be delayed until the week before Christmas.
Rainbow six Siege (was released in December 2015 but it would probably technically count since you release your videos on December).
Paradox's Stellaris and Hearts of Iron (They don't have cinematics, but they are one of the better games this year, so maybe... somehow).
Speaking of which... Europa Universalis 4 is my fav game of all time, so I just can't not mentioning it. There are at least 2 DLC's of it coming this year. (I know you'll probably won't include it, but I'm just saying that this is what Civilization series wants to be when it grows up. Maybe in their 100th installment :)
Whicher 3 had DLC's this year - just saying :)
These are my favorite this year so far. I'm not mentioning such games like Battlefield 1 or Dishonored 2, since they are not out yet and they are no-brainers to pick for your videos anyway

Honestly brought a smile to my face after a tiring and fairly depressing day. Some great editing and use of music, the quotes were fantastic and the pacing awesome. Whether game play or cut scenes the imagery and the feelings this invoked from this year brought up so many great memories made while playing some of these, and really makes me want to play more of what was on offer. Absolutely great job.

Set aside all the problems gaming has, it is just awesome to see our industry slowly getting adolescent! They always grow up so quick! :'(

I can see you put some insane work into that but... it's a bit systematic... part with falling, part with driving, part with waking up etc... beside that I liked few cuts, they ware really matched well, middle part was my fav.

Dank Potatoes I guess the style of the game would just make it kind of out of place but it still made a HUGE impact on the gaming community in 2015 and it still is. It's my favorite game and I'm personally a little butt hurt lol.

this is an unfair representation of gaming in 2015, this is more akin to an advertisement, because it's a bunch of advertisements mixed together.
all of the publishers should give you money for this video.
bugs, glitches, grinding and waiting has all been part of gaming in 2015, and it was not given its fair spot in this video.
