Hi Just A Dad...as I told you, I have been trying the S5 for several days and I can't be happier! Yesterday I don't know how but a tray with all my meal ended up on the floor...it was a lot of rice and some tomato sauce with some vegetables and the floor looked awful, but in no time the S5 left the floor as if nothing had happened! I don't know how long I would have taken with a broom and a mop to clean that! I love that this one comes with three rolls and three filters, I can use one, clean and leave to dry and if in need I can use a new one until the others get fully dry so they don't have any weird smells. The first time this one left stripes on my wood floor and that didn't make me happy but then I realized that I had used it against the wood lines, but as soon as I went with the flow, the floor was pristine. You are using them properly, going with the lines of the wood so you always teach me something new :), thank you! Now, this one shows, changing colors, when the floor is dirty, but I noticed that mine not always shows me a red line even if confronted with a mess and I don't know why. In a way, it doesn't matter, I do have eyes :), but I wonder...and I love how at the end of the job, it cleans itself and it's like it's still new and I never used it yet! My guess is that the solution won't last me a long time if I use it a lot, the bottle is not as big! Aside of that I find this one awesome...thank you for your reviews as always!
Ditto on perfect timing although I went with the S3 due to cost and small floorplan (no need for larger tanks). This thoughtful, thorough, and insightful video gave me the confidence needed to make the purchase.
I really love the S3, but it had a motor issue with me not having two years. The company made me send it back they fixed it did not replace it but fixed it. The next problem I had almost a year and a half later it would not hold a charge went on RUclips trying to find the answer, and I just didn’t wanna deal with that particular one I had. It could’ve just been manufacturer defect with that one I owned, but to have two issues with it less than three years I found that kind of distressing. I want to pull the trigger on another one, but I’m slightly hesitant.
Is there a version that does vacuum only? We dont have our wooden floors sealed yet, the refinish cant happen until February. But we go through a ton of paper towels cleaning up pee from our senior dogs
It's written Wet / Dry cleaner, but never see anyone talk about if it can run waterless... Can it/they clean/vacuum normal mat or carpet? How do they handle longer hair?
After two years my tineco s3 stopped charging on base. Researching, I found out this is a problem for many. Are you experiencing this? I mop one time per week.
Yes, I just posted a comment about the S3 and I found this to be true as well. Also, my motor stopped working. It was within the warranty coverage. So I was able to send it back to the company they repaired the one I sent them and sent it back to me. I found that strange, but this also leads me to believe they know they have an issue with that model.

Does the S5 have automatic sensing for docking and charging? Like I just put it on the station and it charges automatically?

These things are for floors that's why no one mentions carpet and only certain models can run without water but that more for cleaning up wet messes.
