Yeah, well, he committed heinous crimes in NYC too, allegedly, and you can refuse all day and all night, showboat on screen. It won't matter, it just won't matter. Manhattan is going to drag this office into court, no doubt, and a judge is going to rule against you, AND, you HAVE to continue the case against this suspect other than dropping it, as your own state law demands THAT, as does Federal. It is a no win for you, Madam, I believe even the United States Constitution speaks in a Clause on Extradition. YOU HAVE NO LEGAL CHOICE, all you are doing is showing off and delaying the process with this refusal. You will be OVERRULED soon enough, hopefully sooner rather than later. Can't WAIT to see Manhattan put this sorry office in it's PLACE, legally. Stay out of other state's business, and the offices of others, you have every right to your rants and opinions, Ms. Mitchell, but don't think for a second that any office is forced to oblige with your demands and believe in your criticisms, especially when the real evidence says otherwise. Pathetic. You only have that right so long as the legal process plays out in your state. Oh no, that suspect is being extradited, it is as simple as that, whether you or your office like it or not. That is all. Your appearances in the media today mean nothing, and will go nowhere, save further embarrassment. And SCANDAL. What a joke, you even look exhausted. Can't wait to see Manhattan CRUSH this, and your sad tantrum, just like you Red state officials. End.

Arizona law focrcemnt can hold their heads high. The team work, collaboration and compassion from all of the Maricopa county law enforcement agent is outstanding. Additionally attorney Rachel Mitchell showed backbone and character in her decision and implementation of her decision not to extradite the suspect back to New York. This is the type of leadership we need in our state and country.
