Due to the pandemic, Diana is forced not to leave the house. Her fans gave Diana a gift Mini studio for the house. In this video, Diana works with this studio and pleases fans) You very professionally appreciated Diana's work with a microphone. Not all reactionaries can appreciate such little things from which in the finale and the work is formed. Thank you.))) Diana is gorgeous even at home without lanterns of scenery and dancing.
That's the ONLY thing wrong with this video is it's criminally too short! Diana could sing for hours and hours and I wouldn't get bored.

During the pandemic, Diana wrote on social networks that she misses concerts and regrets that she can't please fans with something new, because there is no opportunity to record in the Studio. Fans raised funds and gave Diana a home mini-Studio. Diana has released another quarintine video called video called Havana. That is nice and fun. If you have not seen her rendition of the Russian song called Rechenka. You should really check it out. She also released a song called By Your Voice that is beautiful.

Her best song imho is 'Rechenka'. She did that one on the same show where she did 'Wicked Games'.
I am a complete amateur on audio programs but couldn't she have used the laptop to practice and get to know the song? English is not her native language and I've never seen her speak it in any of the videos I have watched. I would imagine she would have to practice a lot just to get the pronunciations right.
In her interview on Russian TV last week she said she is starting to learn English now. Recently someone asked her on ticktock to speak English but she said she didn't speak English.

The song is about the character who drives his horses on a high speed very close to a cliff. He understands that he cannot escape death and should die in a couple of seconds. But he wants to delay this moment. That is why he asks his horses to slow down a little to anticipate an imminent death. But fastidious horses don't listen to him and the character of the song understands that this is his last and fatal journey. It is a very tragical, touching, philosophical and hard song tremendously performed by Diana.

See below as to why the laptop appeared in the clip
First, since you seem unsure about pronouncing Diana's name here are a couple of short videos, the first is her introducing herself (ruclips.net/video/OEUs745E8V0/видео.html) and the second a phonetic video (ruclips.net/video/gw6J_zsYZMI/видео.html). Hopefully they will be of some use.
With regard to the objection you have I'm going to offer this as a possible explanation. Because of the pandemic, her fans got together to purchase her a home studio, and she put together a couple of clips to show those generous folks her appreciation. One was this clip, the other is Havana.
I suspect she displayed the laptop to show those folks that she was using it to make the clip. Havana has some editing she did to enhance the video beyond a static camera shot. Perhaps this view of her efforts puts a different context as to why it appeared in the video.

Take on me is A-HA from 1985. Morten Harket's range is one of the most impressive (3 octaves it seems) and although many disregarded the band as just another 80s flyby, I think their music is just amazing and his voice divine. I really like Diana (though on this song not so much). She does seem to be improvising at home though, like so many of us....
She's having fun at home, even more so when she sings Havana.

I get what you mean about the lappy, but it's not uncommon to have one for some work, as a portable machine, but a dedicated hardware setup for home recording*. If it were moved, or closed, no problem.
I'm not currently using any music app's, but I have my main PC, two laptops and another "3 in 1" that's mostly used as an additional display or running video on the TV.
