    Thank you cleared up my mind of thinking about focusing on legs or arms. Iike arms better. Question though what the intensity on the stroke of the arms. 100 percent or less

    • @coachwelly
      @coachwelly  7 лет назад

      keith gladden the arms should be 100% on the swing, but they must get their full rotation.

    Sir Michael when will I "start" the dorsi flex?
    a. when my foot is on the ground before I lift it
    b. when I reach 90 degrees of my hips
    c. before I reach the ground
    Thank you for your answer.
    Shalom.

    • @coachwelly
      @coachwelly  3 года назад +1

      A. Keep foot Dorsi Flexed.
      B. As it ascends, lifts, and strikes - dorsi flex.
      You are very welcome.

    Sir if I don't have God gifted talent than according to you by only hard work can I become a 100m sprinter ? Though my height is also only 164cm.

    • @MichaelWilson-xc1uk
      @MichaelWilson-xc1uk 4 года назад +1

      With this information you will run much faster than thought possible but you have to have 100% range of motion in your hips and shoulders. Take a look at this video to assist your mobility.
      It has nothing to do with height or natural talent or actual results.
      Shoulders must equal 100% ROM without flexing or twisting back.
      Hips must equal 100% ROM without flexing or twisting back.
      You want to have 100% ROM until you die thats the gift of this information.

    Sir what is neuromuscular ability is it important for sprinters?

    • @coachwelly
      @coachwelly  5 лет назад

      Have you ever heard the term "muscle memory?". It's , in a nut shell where you do something so much that , your body adapts and forms to that. In the case of sprinting, neuromuscular abilities are essential for sprinting. You want your technique to be duplicated for over a certain distance, and you want your body to be strong enough to withstand the races. Does that make sense.

    • @riyamehta2699
      @riyamehta2699 5 лет назад +1

      Sir for the purpose of develop this ability I should do sprinting for longer time so my body adapt this

    • @coachwelly

    Is this only for sprint's or also for 10ks

    • @coachwelly
      @coachwelly  5 лет назад +1

      10k is a little different, but at some point in your race, typically thr last lap, you too become sprinters. You can use this information too.
