Her initial investment was $15,000 not $1K like the clickbait title suggests.
@rich Lol, you do have a point
That’s why I stopped watching
Not going to support that crap
So happy for her and her business! She turned a disease into a positive and found a long lost talent she had to be able to provide for her and her family! Good for you!❤️🙏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻
We run a commercial bakery as well online and we have been doing it for 14 years but shes right the costs to start is huge but we own our small business !
Looking forward to building an empire for future generations ❤
I’ve tried a lot of gluten free baked goods and Kind Crumbs has the softest, most delicious “regular tasting” goodies HANDS DOWN🤗 I get them from Sandy’s Donuts every Tuesday! My faves are the cinnamon sugar donuts and the blueberry muffins!
It all depends on how big you want to be and how much money you want to make. I’m OK with making 1000 a month I wouldn’t want to have to run a big business of any sort it just seems so overwhelming.
Great video, she needs to 80/20 all her products. Simplify and i guarantee her profit goes up
What does that mean? I'm sorry, I'm looking to start a pastry business and I'm looking for ideas
@@nikitadewar3704 The idea that the top 20% of your products account for 80% of sales. They sell 45 different products, so if the 80/20 applied, that would mean that 80% of their revenue comes from 20% of their products. Thus, 9 products account for most of their revenue. Interestingly, when asked about best-selling and favorite products, she named a total of 7, suggesting that the 80/20 rule applies to her business. In other words, she could downsize her product selection by 30-35 items with little to no negative impact on their revenue while greatly reducing costs and increasing efficiency.
45 products is a lot for even the most industrialized business. There's a good argument for cutting down production to those 7 mainstay products, and using another 3 product slots for seasonal, promotional, and developmental products, for a total of 10 products sold. Everything else should be treated as "special order" or 'premium", with a markup that makes it profitable for the company and includes incentives for the employees.
@@nikitadewar3704it’s called “Pareto principle” I can explain it to you because my English is not very good, but I bet you can easily understand it if you Google it!
The freezer going out 6 to 7 times a year sounds like a scam. Something's not getting fixed properly on purpose so they keep them calling to rake in the money.
Nothing against gluten free at all, but gluten free products tend to use a lot of over processed ingredients that are not good for your body, so to me a lot of gluten free products fix one problem, but they cause some other!
What over processed ingredients do they use? I’m gluten-free and have never had this issue when baking. There are 1:1 flours like cassava flour and blends that have mixes of flours that aren’t necessarily processed, just blended together (I.e. rice flours, potato flour, etc.)
Thank you Kind Crumbs for sharing you inspiring story!
I don`t know how but for my Pizza shop only the Oven cost 4.5k euro..
How many btu’s are the ovens
How do your protect your very special recipes or don't you? Do you package and label your own products?
Do You sell this product how many is the price food ?
Can cookies be frozen the same way those cupcakes are, or is that like so not gonna happen?
'like so not gonna happen' WTF?
I need mentorship 😅, I bought a bakery last month and it is not easy!
I too run a gluten free cafe and bakery
They all should be wearing hair covering.
They are wearing hair nets 😂
She clearly said she just started so be patient
Great video
Click bait title. 👎🏻
Use depreciation
Rock Star!
woow keep it up
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Start a bakery for $1000. 90 Seconds on, '' I initially loaned $15'000 to start, then 12 months later loaned 100k more. LMAO
Another wicked American voice.
.. 6 or ,7 years until you see profit ?? 😮 You're doing something wrong .. sorry .. maybe you do too much of the little things that don't matter .. or too much of the big stuff .. smh.
Rebecca's eyes look heavy and she sounds extremely exhausted.
I do not think I have the mental capacity to run a business. Kudos to Rebecaa and her accomplishments!
I agree, I saw that also with how exhausting that looks for her. I am just at the recipe development stage with no money for ingredients and 3 kids and I already am behind daily with my tasks. After watching this I don't think I can physically handle any stress, my adrenals are already shot and running on little sleep with just basic things. The reality of this lifestyle is insane. I don't know if I could pull it off and how could me and my family be happy.
Owning a business is not easy, Many hours of work and responsibilities. Only looking at her I feel like I need vacation.
She runs a wholesale business. That's alot more work than running a regular bakery that takes individual orders. She has to produce MASSIVE quantities.
Thank you to Kind Crumbs! Their baked goods are amazing!
These are wonderful products. Having to be Gluten Free and living in Southwest Michigan. I am glad that they are in my grocery stores by me.
Right now for me it seems hard to get where u r I am a beginner in baking I realise that I got a passion for it. But I don't know how far I might reached in it. I am hoping to get there soon.
11:07 Can you elaborate please? How is it possible to work 12-14 hours a day (she said earlier) for 5 years without income? I mean your body needs to be exhausted, but how do you pay rent, food etc. ?
you get investments from investing partners and you have to take out personal and business loans. you go into big debt unless you have a rich parent.
@@iampfaff Exactly what I didnt want to hear. Thanks!
It's just does not make sense to make no money for ,5-6 years with hard work
Interesting!. 👌😀. Thankyou!. 😀
One of the most informative video. Should help home bakers decide whether they want to bake for a living.
I have celiac disorder/gluten free, I'd love to connect with this beautiful lady
I clicked for the no pun intended title.
I want to start from home 😢😢 because everything is so expensive
Can cookies be frozen the same way those cupcakes are, or is that like so not gonna happen?
