    Both don't have knowledge on keto, keto is not high protein diet or is high fat diet , protien is limited in any diet . And keto diet we can take upto 20g carbs from vegetables especially.. keto also have carbs .. by the way kandipappu 25g protein with low glycemic index with complex carbohydrates.. dal is Excellent source of protein no doubt

    Please do not talk about nutrition to a Doctor as they did not learn anything about the subject during their medical journey. Weighing food items is very important. As said body needs 1g protein/kg body weight, how can you calculate protein in different food items without weighing??? Also, body needs specific amount of calories to function which is called as BMR. To lose weight/fat, body needs to consume less calories that BMR so that body burns stored fat for energy. To calculate the calories from carbs, protein, and fats, you need to weigh the food items in raw form.
