@@andrewwilson117 Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are payment processors, they provide their services to lenders like Capital One. Amex is a fully integrated payment processor and lender in one, they don’t outsource, so there’s no Capital One Amex cards as far as I know.

@@andrewwilson117 NO ONE USES AMEX... its not accepted anywhere. Ive been overseas to Greece/Italy and Japan.. GIANT SIGNS EVERYWHERE... AMEX NOT ACCEPTED HERE. Its the least usable card in the world.

You are correct. Besides Teferi's Talent, the Aura you mentioned, only planeswalkers make emblems. It could be argued that cards like Sea gate restoration and Finale of Revelation (which both give you no max hand size for the rest of the game) are functionally emblems. This is an interesting new design space that I hope works out, because it'd be very interesting to see what can be done with it.
The Ringbearer mechanic from the LotR set created a "The Ring" emblem, so every card with "The Ring tempts you" on it can technicaly create an emblem.

What kind of spiteful bastard runs Stifle in Commander.
That said, some people do run Tale's End which can do the same thing and can also counter commanders
I might have to replace my omarthis with this commander to try it out. I think it'll work great eith all the modular and cheap artifact creatures. As well as eldrazi scions and thopters. Thopter assembly will go hard with this

you can put this in a Saint Traft and Rem Karolus Convoke themed Deck, think it wil fit in pretty neat
Man I'm not even excited anymore. Last set that really truly struck a chord with me was New Cappena... It also had a BANGER ost so there's that. Also all will be one was decent.

Between The Capitoline Triad and the new bear commander which states base powers and toughness is 2, which base power and toughness would apply?
It’s the choice of the player who controls the creature what order effects trigger
It’s a time stamp thing. Whichever is the most recent one to enter overrides the other.
@@zagqueenofchaos8352 this is wrong since These are static and not triggered effects. If effects work in the same layer (Like these two) then timestamps apply. Basicly what comes in first applies first and the second one overwrites it. You can look up rulings for time stamps and layers for more information.

Whooo! Aladdin's Lamp artifact that cost 10 (or 5 5 if you have an older version) for $0.36. Aladdin's Ring artifact that cost 8 for $0.10. Jank, jank, jank but that would be fun to finally use those cards I used to have.
But seriously Blight Herder costs 5 and puts three 1/1 Scion tokens into play. To get the tokens you just need to give back 2 of an opponent's cards back to them I think that is a good pay off.
Is Urza's Saga considered a saga?
Stigma Lasher should be errated to give an emblem, now that we are backtracking on the whole "emblems should be used to show a pay off for a planeswalker"
Karn is the only way to “deal” with emblems. One of his abilities lets you ‘start the game over’ and this wipes emblems.

It's impossible because even for "rushed phone picture" as many leaks appear, this looks fake AF.
The frame isn't how WotC currently does full-art cards (bars on both sides of the main art area)
The art is WAY blurrier than the frame (which is itself a blurry mess) and looks nothing like the Triad from the games.
This is a Xerox job and not even a good one at that.
I find myself judging these leaks very harshly because I know they're coming in scam boosters. There's no way they're gonna price this product appropriately.

I think traditional affinity decks would do good to have this in the 99. We got a lot of cards with affinity that are 7+ cost, a bunch of new payoffs for casting 7+ in modern horizon 3, and this card is fantastic when your opponents clear your board.
