I am old, 48 years old. This beautiful video brings me back to my earliest childhood memories. My sweet mom ironed EVERYTHING, and she would do it in the afternoon when soaps were on. I was curled up on the couch "napping", but loving the ironing sounds. Thank you so much for this❤

I had my step daughters boyfriend over. It was Saturday night so that’s when I do my ironing. He sat through my slow pressing movements with my amazing tefal iron. Slow, steamy ironing session. Pretty sure he experienced ASMR for the first time. I’m really good at ironing so I’m no sure he picked up on that. Love.

This reminds me of how relaxing it was to watch my Grammie iron. It’s broken my tingle immunity and also brought back memories of my grandmother, whom I miss very much. She tried to teach me, but I could never iron as well as her.

I feel like there's 2 kinds of ASMR - one that just relaxes and exists in the background while working/studying, and the other that is so satisfying and tingly it immediately puts you to sleep. I hope you know how loved and appreciated you are by your fans. I've been extremely stressed with work and such for the last month and today was just breaking to me. I've been shaking in anger, frustration, and sadness since the first thing stepping foot into work today. You have helped me finally stop shaking and are making my mind calm. I took a couple years away from ASMR due to Meniere's Disease making certains sounds inaudible or no longer pleasurable, but after getting a certain virus going around, many of my symptoms have stopped or lessened considerably. What you say at about 11:00-any effort you put into your grooming is always worth it-comes to mind as I’m ironing, taking extra care to fold something or hang something, or using a lint roller. Excellent point, and I’ve really taken it to heart!

I hope you know how loved and appreciated you are by your fans. I've been extremely stressed with work and such for the last month and today was just breaking to me. I've been shaking in anger, frustration, and sadness since the first thing stepping foot into work today. You have helped me finally stop shaking and are making my mind calm. I took a couple years away from ASMR due to Meniere's Disease making certains sounds inaudible or no longer pleasurable, but after getting a certain virus going around, many of my symptoms have stopped or lessened considerably. So, I thought I'd see how ASMR and I would get along. My whole scalp is tingling as soon as you start talking, Maria. I almost started crying feeling it again. You are a gift.
