Saw Ham at my local gym last week. Said he hangs around for an hour after he's finished his workout, just offering spots and wiping down equipment. Reckons Andy doesn't come down to the gym often because he has a squat rack at the beach house. Must be nice.
A dude that hangs around the gym offering to spot people and wipe down sweaty machines for an hour after their workout is just super fkn weird tbh.
5 minutes is weird enough, an hour is just creep behaviour.
Plus.. what degenerate isn't wiping down the machine they use...

@@Jytube231 well, as a fairly average man at the gym 5-6 nights a week, working a fairly average job, I'd say it's still rather weird for someone to spend an hour after gym spotting random people.
Fair enough after your set, help out the next guy, or if you see someone new struggling or whatever. But no that's just odd my man.
But then again, on the same avenue of your accusation, perhaps you're just a creep too 🤔

the reason they have so little video of these podcasts up in these tiny segments is because andy is smoking like a chimney in all the rest of the recording session, so they have to cut all that out.

I actually tested on my hand at about 6 inches away and all I got were a bunch of red dots but it did not swell up.
The Bug A Salt simply doesn't work. It doesn't shred apart bugs, just moves them to another spot in your room. At point blank the air will poof the bugs away, and beyond that, the salt isn't powerful enough to kill the bugs. And that's Illinois bugs - it doesn't have a chance against Australia.

this thing is literally the BEST MONEY i have ever spent on the internet .. year after year i continue to use it ,, i have bought so many of them , i give them as house warming gifts!!
they don't squish the flies either .. and bonus when your grilling you can give a lil high velocity seasoning to your meat ... seriously go buy one !

This will bridge the gap in the anti bug weapon cache. This will set the new standard…
