Thank You! That was my final solution so I'm glad it worked out ;-) I'll have to start setting them up that way in case I decide to put gyros in future planes. See you in the Air!
Hi Jack and Thank You! Hehehe....I already have (2) more projects underway. I don't know if I'll ever get caught up on my projects ;-) See you in the Air!
Hi Mike! No, the Byme-A and Byme-D have the Gains set internally and there is no Gain Adjustment on these Gyros. The Byme-D does have a Wind Mitigation Mode that is unrestricted on Control Surface Movement (No Self-Leveling) and a complete Manual Mode. The Byme-A, in addition to those Modes, also has an Acrobat Mode which works like a 3-Axis Gyro. It self-levels but doesn't restrict Control Surface Movement. I hope that helps and I'll see you in the Air!
Oh WOW, Yes, I can see that worked a treat !! I noticed the plane took a 45 degree bank right after launch. Was that 'your' input correcting ? or did the stabilisation kick in to immediately level it off ? If that was the gyro, it's seriously impressive, and a life saver for hand launch & landings ...
Yes, Wingtip launches are always a bit awkward for me and the Byme-D Gyro really makes it easy. I launched in Full Stabilized Mode and then immediately switched into Wind Mitigation Mode. It worked extremely well. See you in the Air!
Hi David! Yes, the Byme-D has Full Stabilized Mode, Wind Mitigation Mode, and Full Manual Mode. It works just like the Byme-A without the Vertical or Acrobat Modes. I'll be ordering more to put in my other Elevon Only Planes ;-) See you in the Air!
Nice problem solving, my dear Sherlock. Mystery solved.
Happy flying!
Thank You!

Good job on getting this tuned! 🎉
Thank you much!
That's the setup I'll use on the next one that gets a Byme-D Gyro.
See you in the Air!
You did it 👍😁 I'll copy this when byme-d arrives. If winter weather here in Europe allows it. Greetings
Thanks Henri!
That worked well and that's how I'll setup the next one ;-)
See you in the Air!
Sweet success. Next project.

Ripping Mate!
Great review.
Geauty GCRC.
Thanks Jono!
I may have to buy some more of those Byme-D Gyros ;-)
It works well in that Wing.

Good vid, great info.
Thank you much!
Now I need more Byme-D Gyros ;-)
See you in the Air!
Gotta get one for my new build. Thanks
Hi Jeff!
I can't believe these are still available but they're fantastic!
I hope you get one.
See you in the Air!
@@GroundControlRC Amazon has them. Thanks for the help
@@jeffswope1511 Oops! I thought you were talking about the Wing not the Gyro ;-)
Can you reduce the Byme D's gyro effect via a second switch on the transmitter?

Hey Toni, does that Byme-D have stabilization also? If so I would like to order it!
