We forget that Shikamaru is literally just a kid. The level of maturity, wisdom and teamwork he displays with Kakashi is awe inspiring. Shikamaru could very well be a very deserving Hokage in the future! One of my favorite characters!

the fighting here was so well done, so satisfying, lovely choreography :) the reveal of Kakuzu's abilities was great as well :) and the little hint of his age was quite a shocker, that he faced the 1st Hokage, dude is ancient :D interesting how he mentioned that there is no such thing as pure immortality, with multiple characters either trying to achieve it or having some way of getting there, but its never straightforward thats true :)

Well that little thing is what kills them, cell against the goku and his friends, freezer as well, majin bu as well, sasori too, pain too, these two zombies and many more others have die because of it, they wait too much for the hero to get stronger.
Sorry I have been gone for a while I had multiple family emergencies lately. I do want to say again how much I love Kakashi and how amazing him and Shikamaru are in these episodes. Shikimaru's momements to shine are obvious but but I find it so cool that Kakashi's abilities remain so relavent and significant in the story despite being one of the 1st mentors he hasn't been completely outgrown. His Lighting Blade really came in a clutch here both for taking out 1 of Kakazu's hearts and for defense against the lightining attack. Then his Sharigan was able to predict their moves both determining Kakazu's style of jitsu and like Hidan said Kakashi is the 1st to ever survive their combo attack. Way to stay strong Kakashi!
One thing I know he is like one of the smartest people on that show, to playing like that 34 steps ahead of the enemy that is really op, Annabelle is not always the strongest person that win is the smartest😊
This is one of the best fights in Naruto, great tactics, great use of jutsu and elements, great characters and at the same time it is fairly "down to earth" compared to fights later.

It's not easy to take down Kakashi in a 1-on-1 fight. The first reason is because he has the Sharingan and secondly he is the smartest ninja since genin and has a Sensei who is smarter than him. 4th Hokage Minato Namikaze.

i forgot all the little details in this fight, so kakashi's fake outs are stressing me out. i can't live like this 😭 my heart's gonna fail before any villain can even use it lmao. shikamaru gave us an oscar-worthy performance, meryl streep is shaking rn. wish he would've faked injured longer though so kakuzu got stabbed more. but hey it was a great plan. and now our mc is gonna mc-ing. can't wait for next episode!

Sakura would have made better use of her abilities. combined with all the abilities learned from Tsunade. Kishi should've given Sakura those techniques, either learning from her clan or discovering and creating these abilities on her own with advance chakra control
Thats funny i figured you should go the other way and give Ino Sakuras strenght and healing, since Sakura already kinda got the role of the weak in her team. And with Inos power up, we could se a bit more to Sikamarus team.

And with Sakura's chakra control and intelligence.. it just seems she would've been more creative with those abilities alongside Tsunade's. And her combos with naruto and sasuke could've been kinda cool. As well sensing. Using the mind abilities and senseing to enhance healing techniques. This is how Sakura would've truly been seen to surpass Tsunade.
