I've been to Yoichi for the whisky distillery tour, did not know they grow wine there. Pinot is my favorite too! Definitely going back to try some wine.
I like visiting vineyards especially when they offer wine tasting ....so far only been to Yamazaki and Nikka Distillery in Japan … they had whiskey tasting… so fun
The course meal looked amazing, and the wine needs to be tasted to be commented on. Noticed that you were blushing towards the end of the video, was it because of the mixture of wine? Lol!😅

Hokkaido sure have changed a lot. I lived in chitose city 55years ago but never thought wine would be produced in any part of hokkaido.
