What happened to Henin during 3 months past that tournament was just unbelievable. They way she got beaten by Sharapova in AO and Williams in Miami... Lost motivation or injury?
She did say in the interviews in 2008 that the many personal issues that fueled her tennis were really settled in 2007. She had reacquainted with her family, etc... and that her motivation to play tennis just went away when her domestic life became happy.
if you look carefully, you see Henin started exploiting Ivanovic's weak shot => her backhand. she sometimes swapped to her forehand side to switch it up, but predominantly in the match she went for her opponent's weakest shot...
Justine is just amazing can't think of a player on wta like her she's really special talent
Two of the most elegant wta players of all time. Henin's backhand and all around timing, Ana's forehand and serve.
Can someone explain what happened to Ana's serve and ball toss after 2008 and her backhand as well???
Idk but can someone explain why she wore the same dress to this and Aus? Haha
@@KO-vv1oz It's a little different than the one she wore in Aus2008, this has more details on the sides.
Ana even had a booty back then 🍑 , after 2008 she got skinny
Allez Juju 💕 schooling vip here.. good old days..

i think that she was mentally tired and lost her motivation after successful 2007
@@Tennis_Highlights Yes it was probably it!

Ana’s forehand is definitely a weapon on its own class.

Just like the French open that year, ivanovic started off on fire but couldn’t keep it up.
