thanks for making these realistic videos of what living in your car is about. i especially appreciate the realism (not the glam hella cool lifestyle).
are you using a storage space for your belongings ? what are your financial obligations (as a carcamper - car payment/ins/gas per day) ? and... are you using a friend's address as an address for your car/taxes etc... ?
i'd love to see a video of you doing your gig work at the HD, lowes, etc... when you said you do gig work, did you mean gig work from an app - or just flying a sign that says - day laborer ?
i'm very curious. i spent 3 months car-camping across california a year ago and it was an amazing experience, i only had one vehicular issue (i had to replace a $200 sensor in my truck). i drove CA 1 (santa barbara to monterey) 3 times during the adventure. there's a lot of natural beauty to be found in america,
good luck to you and bentley today. peace.

Thanks for swinging by and joining the journey! All amazing answers! And I will be making a couple videos coming up about these topics, including a setup tour so stay tuned for that!
Quick facts; I own a home in Pennsylvania, that’s where most of my stuff is currently, all my work is app based(I’ll talk about the different apps in an upcoming video). Basically jobs appear on the app and I bid on them at their asking price and they’ll accept or deny based on different factors.
Now things like gas cost will definitely fluctuate, Ofcourse depending on how much driving. So far I’ve spent under $100 traveling from Pennsylvania(my home state) to Kentucky where I’ve spent the last couple days. I’ll talk about a full cost breakdown so far once I’m more in the area I wanna be(more west then where I currently am!)
Again amazing questions, thank you for the compliment! My first few videos are doing decently well to my expectations and I hope to believe it’s because I show the real side of this life and am myself and not fake! Stick around I’d like to see you on more videos comments asking amazing questions!
Stay tuned for a few videos answering these questions in more detail!

I live close to this Bucees. It is always packed..Will get bbq brisket there, i grant bucees that..but its just a gas station and im not into big crowds..I moved to live off grid from big city... im not into being around so many.people. So i stay away. But the rest stop north of bucees, in summer time has some awesome stealth camping spots. in the tree line, and there are nice stealth camp spots along the divided highway too. Ive stealth camped all through East Tennessee

You're at the base of the Smoky Mountains National Park, it's beautiful, and very busy, you should explore some before moving on

How can you get air in when it gets hot? Oh I see you have a nice roof window. I think that will help! And not being way south helps too! Good luck! Oh I have a cat. I hope she won’t get lost!

You’re totally correct! The sunroof is essential for me to let fresh air in! One of the reasons why I hate when it rains in car life hahah which once I get window rain deflectors it won’t be as bad

I've seen two other stealthcampers of the #StealthCampingAlliance camp at a Bucees.
I think it is the same one in Tennessee.
Liked your video and subbed to your channel. Cheers

    How do the gigs work?

    • @Rickyleehb
      @Rickyleehb  2 месяца назад +3

I’ll be doing a video about this soon. But Basically you sign up for Doordash, Uber Eats & other apps. Once you sign up and have an active account with them you are able to go online in basically any state(CA has special loops you have to jump through) and when you want to make some cash while traveling you turn the apps on and start doing orders
