I met INXS in 2006 when they toured with J.D. Fortune, the winner of Rockstar INXSI was at a meet and greet backstage before the show, and I had on my Freddie Mercury Phoenix Trust tee shirt, and every member of the band struck up a conversation with me about Freddie, and how great he was as a person, and how good he was to them, and how much they missed him. Very cool! The same thing happened to me years later with Heart, and Ann Wilson said the same thing to me.

LEAFYANKEE65 sadly you didn’t see the real INXS

@@Adamisinyou I agree 100%. Just like the people that go see Queen + Adam Lambert aren't seeing the real Queen. I was fortunate enough to see both bands, Queen as a teen and INXS in my 20's.

3 of my favorite guys, especially Freddie and Michael love them still. That's when rock was real and the the guys that played it was the greatest!

Where would Tim Farriss be now if Michael was still alive? He'd still be in one of the biggest best relevant bands around. Where's oasis?

You do realize that before Michael died INXS were struggling commercially and couldn't even fill up Arena's in their home country? Not to sound rude but his death is basically what solidified INXS as legends. Oasis are much more known globally, sales and youtube views prove that.

+Madara Uchiha Being "known" does not mean they are well loved globally. And actually, their sales have plummeted because people are discovering they are a FOS band.

Dee Timmy-Hutch-Fan Sales have plummeted? Well of course since they are not together anymore. However their record sales and steaming points stand above INXS

I can hear Michael Hutchence singing from heaven ... Sneaking in the lyric “I’mmmm better than Oasis” when singing “I’m Eloquently waisted” 🤩🎤

Tim Farriss never played Keyboard or Bass. He was Lead Guitar. Get your facts right. You are a MMM DJ. You should know the basics.
