@@UntamedMotors I have a 2021 Land Cruiser and I'm very interested in the same ones that you put on yours, do they come straight or only with the angle?
Just got my BudBuilt sliders delivered and will be installing them on my ‘21 Heritage Edition Land Cruiser in the next couple of weeks. I’ve watched the BudBuilt install video, but would love to get any pointers from you on any areas that threw you for a loop with your install. Thanks!
Diamond plated step sliders from bud built arriving Tuesday and going on my black 2021 HE this week! I’ve watched the video from bud built multiple times and loved to hear your tips as well!
Now you need to embark on the SNORKEL journey. It’s only a 3 inch hole in your fender 😂. Also for future reference White Knuckle Sliders are by far the best for any Toyota Vehicle! Had a set on my last Hundred series. Bullet proof. Looks great!
Your video helped with a little depression today. Reminded me of when me and my bro put the sliders on the 19 TRD PRO TUND 30 minutes a side. I loss my project partner to COVID JAN 20/21
Looks good! They look similar to the RSG sliders. Did you see the LC video from Jeff Westcott with 295/70/18 tires lifted and has the same LC color as yours. Beautiful car!
Believe it or not, but these things can actually be used as steps! Not everyone needs to go rock crawling to enjoy getting in and out of their vehicle with ease.
Getting ready to order. With you having both Slee and Budbuild which would you order again. I am leaning toward Budbuild but wanted to hear your opinion. Thanks
What's the plan for suspension? Are you going the simple route and just putting in the Toyota spacers on top of front springs to level it out, or going with OME, etc? I can't get used to that front end dive during light to moderate braking.
Untamed great video. What was the thought process on what you ordered? Angled VS straight step. Kick out , dimple up vs down. Etc… I have been looking to order but want to wait until you got yours. Thanks
I went with diamond plate rock sliders because it's wet here 7 months a year and I've got young kids who need to use the step to get in. I wanted the kick out...more room to stand to get at things on top or to traverse and stand on rear wheels.
@@KirkA4978 thanks, my only thing is I am not sure I like the up word slant. So I may have them build a slider with kicker, dimmond plate, but as a step.
Do you pay cash for all of your rigs? Ive always wondered how you’re able to consistently have such crazy models in and out. Got my Tacoma a month ago, and I’m already eyeing up a TRD Pro 4Runner for my girlfriend’s first car.
Not all of them, I have a sizable loan out on the LC. The 4Runners and FJ are bought outright. My employer paid all my schooling expenses BA, MBA and PhD… so not having school debt is a HUGE piece of the equation tbh.
@@UntamedMotors Nice! I was fortunate enough to not have to pay for my BA, but that’s as far as I’ll go with my schooling. It’s not for me, haha. I paid cash for my 19 Tacoma TRD Sport. Feels good owning your vehicle without worrying about owing someone something. Do you think the market will cool down on sought after Toyota models any time soon? I can’t even believe how expensive everything is right now. My TRD Sport Taco has already appreciated ~$2k since buying it 5 weeks ago. Seriously unbelievable.
You talked me into the BudBuilt!!!!!!
I “geek out” over all of your great vehicles brother.
Haha thanks man =]

@@israelwhites1334 only angled (w/ kickout) for the LC. =\
@@israelwhites1334 The budbuilt step sliders are level with ground, but no kick out. Rock sliders have the kick out.
@@KirkA4978 thank you..
They look great, definitely one of the best choices for the LC.
Thanks man! I love em.

@@leje-zj4dr curious how the install went? We have a 2020 Heritage & this would be a great addition. Concerned on installing myself
Dude, your LC is freaking beautiful 😍 .
Thank you! I really appreciate that. =]
Great video! The only missing part of all your videos is to show us the actual off-road action.
I love my BudBuilt Sliders. I also have the rear shock guards.
Now that you got the sliders done, it's time to get on with putting BudBuilt skids on it.

I think they should have put more aggressive tires on al the LC Heritage Editions…
I totally agree… the stock Dunlops don’t do it justice…

Why would you install rock sliders on a vehicle that will never see any rocks
He is aiming for resale value. This LC will be gone in a month
Because he can.
Gotta conquer the mall parking lot! Yeeyee
Those speed bumps in Victoria secrets parking lot get crazy sometimes lol

Yeah it’s definitely not for everyone. Personally, I would like it even wider lol.
