I've been putting off taking the running boards off mine, because I have small kids, and they use them to get into and out of the truck. Now seeing yours, I may replace mine with something like yours. Thank you so much for all the great videos!
I’m looking at a 2002 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 series and it has height height control on it. What are your thoughts? It has 120,000 miles and is diesel 1hd fte
Wow your under truck video looks fantastic.. good light helps a lot. You do great work capturing video The fit of the slider to the truck seems excellent. You moving the brake line was a smart move. And kerping the hardware loose until in place was smart. Did you consider using nylocks instead of the split locknuts. Nylocks are better in my opinion. Did you use some anti seize on the bolts for future projects ? What is the rough street price ?
Mine are welded on and I've got a couple things for you to consider. There are a few nooks and crannies in the welds that need some paint/touch up. With them welded to the truck, it's impossible to get that corrected. The way mine were welded on, they covered a bolt hole for one of the underbody trays. Not a big deal unless you want an aftermarket skid plate that uses that hole. Mine can always be cut off and re-welded, but it's just more of a pain.
NKP Garage, white knuckle is one of the best companies out there, quality is excellent and great customer service, you cannot go wrong if you choose their products
@@Maximus01776 I've had the Slee sliders and Metal Tech 4x4 sliders on previous 80's. Never tried the WK sliders. Great to know they're well made also.

I just ordered the same sliders with a back diamond plate for the kids. Will be easier for them to climb in and less likely their foot will get stuck.
Thank you for the video, helped me install mine. Waited 3 months for them to show up, but worth the wait.
Looking boss! Mine got delivered yesterday. I’m looking forward to instaling
Nice!!! I use the frequently as steps to access the roof rack. Hopefully they will be used for their intended purpose soon!
Good Job! This is on my list now - thanks!!!
Did you get the HREW or DOM steel type?
Hey Chow, you may never check comments on old videos, but wanted to check in & see how they’re holding up a few years later.
Nice!!!! Exact ones I want
Is the logo on the sliders stickers or paint??
Getting near for our LX to get sliders!
Any special trick you recommend for bending the brake line (or AHC lines)?
Will this work with a 1st gen sequoia?
They look owesom, where can i buy ones for my 100 series land cruiser? Thankyou for the viedo.

Do you know if the original front fender mud flaps would work with these? Or a way to customize them to fit the sliders?
I don’t have mine anymore, but there looks like enough space that they should fit
Are these the standard or reduced angle White Knuckle sliders? I'm trying to decide which way to go so I can order a set.
thanks
Standard

Any reason you ended up with these vs some others on the market? I’m between these and Slee
They’re both great brands, specs are almost the same. WK got me with that 15% Black Friday sale and local pickup
If you had a welder would you consider welding them on to your LC?
I thought about it, not sure. Welding would be stronger but if I wanted to change it up later... 🤷🏻♂️
You might sell the truck to someone that does not want sliders.. and bolts can be easier than welding. I would do it the same way you did.

How are the sliders holding up so far ?
Look great. Are you running wheel spacers on those stock wheels?
Yup yup! 1.25” all around. Video on my setup dropping tuesday
How did you bend that brake line?
With my 🙌, they’re not too stiff
Are these the angled or straight?
Those are the angled-you can see it around the 9:45 mark.
Great detailed video. How do you like the sliders now that you have had them for a year?
