**Actually the time I twisted my back the worst was done while I was sleeping, and I did that in my late twenties.
**Chiropractor x-rayed me the whole spinal column was twisted 15°. Never had that happen since.
It could actually be an indication of an epileptic seizure. [But it was very funny when he said it.]
