Robert Mac deserves to be Famous. The jokes are funny and clever, the character of the lovable dimwit works well, and the delivery is superb - I can't imagine how much time it must take to prepare for a show like this, so many words that have complicated presentations and depend on precise timing and articulation, and he pulls it off effortlessly. At first there was that stiffness that he mentions, getting back to his shows after the lockdowns, but in no time I was laughing so hard that my family starts coming in to see what's so funny. I don't get it. I googled him, and he doesn't exist…. Meanwhile, at Purina head-quarters sits a grizzled figure, long in the whisker, tail crooked, and long faded to bleached ginger. A rising star in the 80's, he became disenchanted with the grind and general lack of fuzzy mice attached to a string. The final straw came in 1998 when a jealous rival with a laser pointer nearly made him jump out of a 40th floor window. So from that day forward, he knew he had to start thinking outside of the “box”, even if that’s where he did his best thinking. Fast forward 25 years, with a degree in cyber security, earned with stealth in the off hours thanks to the current CEO who thought he was just being typical when he would start climbing on the keyboard in the middle of a meeting…Absolutely no curiosity as to how he somehow stepped on Ctrl Alt Delete Enter, forcing said CEO to enter his password to unlock the computer…and Thank You corporate license for Udemy’s self-paced training (some times you just need to stretch out in a sun beam)…and here we are.
