The owners of this resort should be jailed for charging unfairly. This is such a cut-throat rate....Sad that no one is out there to raise this issue. They are murdering these foreigners.
I think in this video they have shown their maximum tariff..usually "garden Villa" cost around 8-9k..and "garden pool Villa" under 15k..keeping in mind that it has own beach and other facilities the room tariff is decent..

Marari beach is one of the cleanest beach too...and very less crowded...
