I actually have a Liberty II. I was pleased with the performance and dot clarity right off the bat. Convinced a couple of my buddies to also get Swampfox Optics. A few months goes by of regular biweekly weekend shooting. 150-250rds per range day, no hammering the optics, dropping them, etc. My optic suddenly lost zero. I re-zero it and after only 5 shots it loses zero. I re-zero it about 5 times until I lost my patience and gave up on the dot holding zero. 15 minutes goes by, my buddy's SF Justice I's front glass pops out and the inner glass shatters. This was it's first day of range use and only about 30rds after initial zero. It is then my other friend's turn to shoot. He has the SF Kraken and within like 5 rounds his LED emitter pops out and is banging around inside the housing. All of us submitted our claims to Swampfox and mine was the only one that got denied. They claimed mine had no flaws but had "wear and tear" on the bottom. The supposed wear and tear was literally dried red threadlocker. That doesn't explain why it would hold zero over a few months use and then suddenly not. I retightened everything and tested the zero before sending it in. They continue to claim there is nothing wrong with the optic and that the wear and tear on the bottom is what is causing the issue. I have extensive experience with optics, including pistol optics and rifle optics. I know what wear and tear looks like, dried adhesive material on the mounting surface is not wear and tear. Their engineers are trash and simply deny that there is an issue. I had this same experience with Trijicon when they sold me a faulty RMR Type 2. I know they didn't inspect the optic because my windage and elevation were marked with invisible ink before shipping it in. (Both SF and Trijicon) What a surprise to find that neither optic was cleaned or adjusted during their "testing." Another friend of mine bought a Wolverine slide from SF. Within 500rds the extractor and striker both broke. Never buying from either company again, sold my RMR and all my friends sold their SF products. Check the used market and you'll see it is flooded with SF products. If you want a true budget optic that is going to hold up, go with Primary Arms or Sig. Been using them and haven't looked back. I love seeing smaller companies bringing affordable products to the market, but when you outright deny that anything is wrong when clearly there is an issue then there is a reality disconnect somewhere and it isn't the customer that is the problem. 3 catastrophic failures of optics on the same day is insane.
@MrJunkman1982 I'm still baffled at the "wear and tear" comment I got. It is literally dried threadlocker. That would if anything, assist in keeping it in place.
@@ballistic_mod I just checked their resolution again. They didn't even test if it held zero. They claim they used a dot measuring tool when turning the adjustment dials. (Which they didn't do in the first place) If that is the case, the core problem was never even looked at! They even asked for more info regarding my loss of zero, what more do you need other than it won't maintain zero during regular shooting?! I even said I retightened everything and it would still lose zero after a few rounds.
@@Gary_Fergusons_Lover When I've had dots not hold zero its eazy for me since i go to my range every weekend, Ill find out it came off zero since the last week I zeroed, then the next weekend it'd be to the right or left and id take note, and re zero, then Id come back the next weekend and shoot again and it'd be off zero so Id re zero it, then id come back the next day and shoot to check and it'd be off zero then id file for warranty. I’m shopping around for a reflex optic for my g3g19. Although I found this video very useful in my decision making process, it was also confusing how you have the display boxes out on the table describing justice or liberty not in proper location. @3:07
I have two Liberty 2's, two sentinel 2's a justice 1, One Trihawk, & one Arrowhead 1X10 so 7 Swampfox optics and I'm local to Denver Colorado as they are local in Englewood Colorado, I grew up in Englewood and went to school a few blocks away from their HQ. So I have had buddys at my range have issues with the glue on the glass on 2 sentinel 2's, I have had issues with the glue on the glass in front of the LED on one of my sentinel 2's & another sentinel 2 the power on button/Brightnes + button failed...@SwampfoxOptics, are you working on fixing these glue issues?
Depending on when your optics were purchased, this has generally been resolves in production. However, it's also something covered under our warranty. If you haven't already, contact our CS team and they'll get you right. support@swampfoxoptics.com
In future version please make the base thinner. The base is ridiculously high. The current base should have a rear sight notch it’s so high. Put both buttons on the left, give the option to manually turn off and go to IPx8 rating. Have a positive click for MOA adjustments. Also these retitles are too bright. The low settings are not low enough and they rapidly jump to settings that are way to bright even in very sunny environments.
regret buying my 1-10 $500 lpvo… with no lifetime warranty makes me think twice buying another Swampfox product.. lifetime warranty brings in more customers..
All Swampfox optics come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. We cover all manufacturing defects and material flaws for the life of your optic, with illumination and electronics covered for 10 years. If your optic suffers damage under normal use that hampers its performance, we commit to replacing it.
@SwampfoxOptics I wish could afford at least one of the two, maybe then I would not feel like such a worthless loser. however the problem is I cannot afford neither. so a worthless loser I shall remain.
Check out our upcoming Black Friday Sale! Both occasionally also go on sale from various ecommerce partners. And if they're still too expensive, our Gen 1 dots have been selling for $99 from PSA and are still great optics!
I have the justice 1 with the iron sides and it's never failed me I love it! I wish I could afford one of these new ones but lately ouch.
Need to get some more micros rolling out

Make a green dot for the RMSC G43, G48 mos.
It's unbelievable this hasn't already been available, come on y'all.
We already did - twice! Check out our Sentinel/Sentinel II available in both red and green.
The real question is, can we buy that hat?
Yes, it's called the Nom De Guerre Battle Hat and available on our website: www.swampfoxoptics.com/nom-de-guerre-hat
