Almost certainly. Cats instinctively know how to slow their terminal velocity by spreading out plus their bones are designed to take an impact like that. Very likely it was completely uninjured. I've seen cats jump from 3x+ that height and walk away from it. A dog would be a very different story. edit: looking at it again, in the very last frames before it gets out of view you can see that it's completely flat and spread wide, that's their instinct to slow themselves down. They act kind of like a parachute and slow the fall EVER so slightly.
