    Can you please show us how to filter the stain?? We used to get ( impurities, dirty particles, bacterial or fungal like elements) in our hematoxylin stain after a while of using , can you please show the solution and the method of filtration ?

    lol this protocol is missing the essential acid ethanol distaining of the tissue after applying the haematoxylin.

      The protocol explained in the video is absolutely correct. There are different protocols available to do HE staining.

    Great video! but I want to ask, can cell beta pancreas be identified with HE staining? I've heard it's pretty difficult to do.

      We would recommend performing Flow cytometry analysis using the antibody targeted against the specific marker of beta cell to identify beta cells. With HE staining it is difficult. Another alternative is to perform flluorscence staining.
