I am awaiting surgery for a large abdominal incisional hernia, I must lose weight before surgery can be attempted. I cannot find any information about the kind of exercises I need to do whilst I am trying to lose weight and eating healthily, I also have diabetes and am currently self isolating because of the Worldwide Covid-19 virus. Has anyone found any effective exercises that be done indoors and can be found online ?

WALK WALK AND WALK. Start slow and build up. I'm 9 weedkout from surgery. My skin where they put it back in is still tender. So, I still use my garment binder. It really helps.
