None of the redmi 10 series phones have a glass back. It wouldn't have bended when u removed it if it was glass. Also u should really use some cleaning tools to remove the excess glue instead of your hands. I'm not hating,but ur doing many things wrong. You shouldn't apply regular glue when installing the battery. Just use new pull tabs! Using your will make it 10x harder to remove the battery next time and will have to rip it out.
