How long to charge the new battery

Until it's full. I suggest don't charge overnight, just unplug when reached 95 - 100%. And don't let it drop under 15%. Cheers

I replaced the battery but the fast charging not working any more it showing turbo charging logo but it's charging only on 10 watts

Try with another cable or charger. Check the connectors if they are sitting well, try again with the old battery to see if this is the case.
