I did not used any heat and I did not removed middle frame as the battery was glue on, just peel it away. Since I peel the back cover out, there was glue still on the back cover, and when I install it back the glue was OK, no need to reglue. Better do the video again.
Friend gave me his and it doesnt turn on anymore. One year later i plugged it in it charged and turned on once. Now again nothing. Tech guy said voltage way too low. Probably battery would be 80 with no guarantee but if its not working i only pay 35 in labor.
What a faff! They've not made it easy. When my battery fails I'll probably throw my phone in the dustbin, no doubt I'll break something or melt the case with my heat gun. Are the screws all the same size or is like Apple products where some screws are .5mm longer than others?
My redmi note 10 pro just died yesterday. I tried all the available tech tips, rebooting it or charging with reboot procedure and it doesn't help at all. This maybe my last solution and I have no idea where to get the battery. sheesh!

Before you remove or "peel off" anything, do take photos so that you can always refer which ones goes where when you forget.
