- So much happens in this episode! The drama, rivalries, highs and lows of racing all represented.
Unfortunately for this episode we also don't have game sound.. OBS was showing it was recording sound but it must have been a bug. I did my best to work around this as my commentary was still good to go.
A career mode series in New Star GP, an arcade racing game with some simulation elements featuring F1 style cars. This gameplay is on PC through Steam.

Thanks for producing your series to date. I was on the fence purchasing as many of these smaller arcade racers are only fun in very short bursts periodically. This little gem came out of nowhere and is surprisingly deep. Fantastic little arcade racer imo, highly recommended.

I honestly hadn't noticed 😅 the arrows turning red for cars behind you works pretty well at least.
Only too bad the cockpit view doesnt show any gear shifting animations....

I’m loving this game and your vids.
Out of interest what steering sensitivity do you use and do you use sticks or D pad ? I’m struggling to find a setup where I can be smoother.

Thanks so much. And I'm using the sticks. I don't believe I adjusted the steering but next time I'm in game I'll take a look.
Fun fact: The Krakow GP is actually the old Russian GP in Sochi. I was thinking I don't remember F1 being Poland. But good work from the devs doing this 😂
Adriatic GP is San Marino. Valencia GP is Barcelona...
@unwokeneuropean3590 Haha yes but all other GP are in same country as title. (OK Adriatic is a sea). But Sochi GP is Krakow which is a totally different country

This game is just amazing. Recently finished it and oh boy do the AI get really tough in the 2010s and 2020s. Especially the reverse tracks are super hard. I recommened using the T-cam view to makes things easier :)
Also heres a tip, if youre doing a 1 stop strategy in the dry always use the custom option and start with softs and choose softs again. They last 3 laps 😂
