Just a suggestion, I think you need to extend your wing motors farther forward towards the front of the aircraft. I believe this is why your transition to forward flight is not smooth.
try and fly the T2 with ardupilot as you said it is tricopter and 2 kg aircraft (with i nav7 if something will go wrong you can save it with ardupilot good-lack

not stable on tricopter mode. INAV is never closed to ardupilot on VTOL thing,
