FrameGen adds a lot of input lag especially when you want to dodge roll (double dodge) and when you want to use certain abilities with two key inputs (V+Q)
Next time try to do some test with max settings when are available, not only very high, high by default. In this game even if you select very high, doesn`t max out by default and need to adjust manually, like shadow quality on ultra, volumetric fog on ultra, antistropic x16. Keep up the good work.
wdym gpu utilization was between 95%-99 which is pretty much max. where it dips to 88% and less is when dlss and frame regen is used, which will naturally use less gpu power. also at 1080p res you will be more cpu bound then gpu.

My 4070 100% with 5600 in 1080p
