Hey Guys great episode absolutely love these tournament recaps as they help me understand more of the different armies playstyle and strategies but Chris really brought down the episode. you guys are always so graceful with your losses and make it feel like you just had a fun time rolling dice but man every time he didn't win it was either because the player wasn't playing well (But won 99 points at that) and complaining about a main feature of an army that isn't crazy strong.
Love these tournament recaps but man that Chris dude was kinda bringing the energy down, seemed really salty esp when he was complaining about the SM player that cooked him 97pts
Always fun to listen to these while painting! But a Custodes player myself I would never whine about an opponent not playing a great tactical game and still win lol.
Bit more positivity might be nice. Dunno if I’d be psyched to play one of you guys then watch the tournament recap and hear how I wasn’t making strategic plays etc
As someone who was at that GT and who’s brother played against Bricky, you won’t find more fun and positive opponents except maybe Stephen Box of VT. These guys are hilarious, approach the game with a smile and roll dice to have fun.
@@joseluiz-bl5zchave you played a few games with custodes in the last few weeks. It is a bottom two army for a reason. Heck even GW said they over did custodes, of course custodes players will have to wait to January for any fixes. I play GK and l know how it is whenthere is nothing positive about your army.
Look we’ve all been salty before about games. It happens. But yeah the custodes player was so typical. “Yeah he beat me with no skill” “my army should just ignore battleshock” lmao like no reason to talk like that when ur playing one of the simplest armies in the game. No offense to other golden boys, I get it, custodes are in a rough spot and every army has their cringe players but damn that was rough to listen to especially since everyone was so cool about their wins and losses.
These tournament recaps are always entertaining to listen to. And I have to agree with what you guys said about the Imperial Knights; those guys got nerfed so freaking hard. Apart from them no longer being able to fall back and shoot, the Questoris Knight models no longer gain the benefits of their Bondsman ability, only the Armigers.
I usually love these videos but Im sorry the Custodes player was bringing the vibe down here. You can score 100 without being good or being strategic? Custodes should just get to ignore an aspect of the game like battleshock just because? Come on, how can you have a chip on your shoulder after playing for as long as he seems to have?
Not what Dameki was asking for but while he is in Adelaide if he wants Pho go to Kangs noodles. If he wants the Aussie pie experience I recommend the The Chunky Steak and Bacon and Cheese pie from the 24 hour bakery on O'conell Street. If he want that food coma get an AB from the Blue and White cafe also on O'connel street. But Dragons lair in st Mary's and Good Games Modbury are the 2 places I know of that you would be able to get in some games.
at the gongaii gt my captain in gravis armor killed a chaos lord and that ressurecting prince in 1 turn. It was hillarious. He wiped all my stuff by rolling max shots and 5+ with all shots, wounds, and saves with his forgefiends.
Love these tournament recaps but holy crap can someone go give chris a hug. Letting someone put up buckets on you then complaining they are a worse player then you is just sad. Learn to enjoy the game again
