- Make this roasted chicken with delicious marinade and basmati rice this way for a perfect dinner or lunch ,on any day of the week.
INGREDIENTS
2 Whole young chicken, both cut in halves.
Salt and pepper
For the Marinade
2 Ripe tomatoes, roughly chopped
1/2 Cup red onions, diced
1 Tsp tomato paste
1 1/2 Tbs Garlic ginger paste
1 Tsp Cumin
1 Tbs Coriander
1 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Chili powder ( add more for spicy )
2 Tbs Lemon juice
2 Tbs Olive oil ( any cooking oil works )
Oven set at 425F
Bake for between 55 - 75 minutes or !65F
For the Basmati Rice
2 Cups Basmati rice, washed till water runs clear and drained
4 - 6 Whole cloves
4 Green cardamoms
3 Black cardamoms
1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
1 Tsp Fennel seeds
1 Tbs Garlic ginger paste
1 Tsp Cumin powder
1 Tsp Coriander
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1/2 Tsp Garam masala
1 Tsp Paprika
For Green Beans
1 lb. Fresh green beans, picked and washed
1 Tsp Garlic ginger paste
salt and pepper
1tbs Olive oil
Bake in the oven - Хобби
