I can’t stand nasty people . and there’s plenty of negative people on RUclips. I made a vid about an incident on RUclips just recently. they never had a real beef besides a RUclips beef “ in their life or if they did they looked for someone who can’t defend themselves. they didn’t know who they were messing with because I’m very unassuming because of how I look. this guy at the time had like forty thousand subs but it didn’t really help him . if ur sensitive to mean def don’t watch my vid. I mainly make vids where I cook (there not long mainly just showing the food after I’m done with the cooking part) or do strength feats like my very first upload...stuff I love. and they said “awww look how adorable “ all sarcastic 😂😂😂whoops.

I have a lot of Tibetan friends especially in my neighbourhood in Canada. I showed a few friends this video and they were so surprised to see all the places you went to. It is very hard for them to go back home, lots of visa problems and this video made them feel proud of their country. 18:37 it looks amazingly like donuts that we eat here and we call "sfendj" which gives in English "sponge" and in French "éponge" except that it does not accompany salty foods we eat it mostly at breakfast or afternoon tea here sheep intestine sausages are stuffed with pieces of lungs, rice, chickpeas, onions, parsley and other spices there is an identical recipe for cooking the sheep's paunch these are usually dishes of Eid el adha, a Muslim religious holiday it is extraordinary because we see a consistent cuisine in a country full of spirituality ! it's as if we were really in this beautiful and simple country at the same time! I've been watching Mark's videos from start to finish. The quality is at a constant high and Mark's biggest appeal is his passion, enthusiasm, respect and the detailed way in which he describes the food's textures and flavours. It's almost like I'm eating the meals myself. i kid you not, these videos make me feel full!
I could hear, how your breathing ,had changed from the high latitude . imagine people who had built the living space . some of those buildings looked more sophisticated than places that has less challenging environments, to build. total respect to those who built the structures, might not even afford , have the breakfast you had while building their city. You might be aware that the Chinese authorities invaded Tibet and occupied our country in 1959 on March 10. So ever since then the Tibetans in Tibet have been prohibited cultural, religious, educational and all sorts of basic human rights. Over 160 Tibetans have also self immolated themselves on fire as a form of protest to reinstate freedom in Tibet.
Love you mark, you show us awesome places and cultures and food which is not just food but culture, is something which create relationships between people. You are such a nice, modest and pure person and that makes your videos better and unique.

I could hear, how your breathing ,had changed from the high latitude . imagine people who had built the living space . some of those buildings looked more sophisticated than places that has less challenging environments, to build. total respect to those who built the structures, might not even afford , have the breakfast you had while building their city. Amazing right? the food looked delicious. blessed those who feed you ,and your lovely families.

You might be aware that the Chinese authorities invaded Tibet and occupied our country in 1959 on March 10. So ever since then the Tibetans in Tibet have been prohibited cultural, religious, educational and all sorts of basic human rights. Over 160 Tibetans have also self immolated themselves on fire as a form of protest to reinstate freedom in Tibet.
Do you happens to know about Arleng people or community living in Shigatse/ chengnan province of Tibet ? If so let me know brother I am from India !!
