OMG! I’m actually crying right now. I usually don’t cry over movies. I lost a lot of my youth procrastinating and running after a**. Now, as a 46 year old, I am rebuilding my life! Hey, if Abby can do it, so can I!
Like many people, I fell in love with Elizabeth Montgomery watching her as Samantha on Bewitched. Many years later, I started watching rebroadcast of her more serious efforts, the first being the Lizzy Borden movie. Wow! That was a departure from the Samantha character. Absolutely chilling. This movie I only discovered a couple of years ago. I really blew me away. Her performance was excellent! What a moving story. Her relationship with her mother after she woke up was complicated, but her younger sister being married to her high school sweetheart. Oh my, omg, what a twist.
And yet she finds love and the courage to finish school and graduate. What an inspiring story.
Good acting all around but Elizabeth was why I was watching and I was not disappointed.

That was great! Lizzie was one of the best in my book. Always totally believable. Her tears bring my tears. Episode (17) S1 in Bewitched "A Is for Aardvark" When Darren gives her the gift about 20 minutes in, her performance should have won an Emmy. Now I'm on a mission to watch everything she's done. Wish she did more feature films, but she just didn't want to. I can't blame her to get in that rat race. Anyway thanks so much

Correction to my previous post: I think the watch engraving was actually "I love you every second."

Hello, I have to say this! I'm torn and upset that Abby got sick and wasted her life away. It's not fair, why did God take her life, youth, and future away from her? What did she deserve to get punished this way? The love of her life David has moved on and married her sister with a son. And Abby can't fight back or get everything that has been taken away from her, it's just life. Rip Elizabeth Montgomery

@@jazzi04 And you know growing old is part of life and you can never get it back. Her childhood was cut short after seventeen and she wanted to hang out with those teenage girls when they had they’re own party upstairs. When she was forced back downstairs she didn’t fit in with those adults. It’s just like Castaway when Tom hanks left his fiancée for a business trip then got lost in a island! She/Helen had no choice but to marry somebody else and had a daughter. He was also the love of her life and waited as long as she could.
