    - HR Challenges: Many CEOs feel underserved by their HR teams, not due to a lack of ability but because HR may not be focusing on the critical levers of performance the CEO needs.

    - Identify Key Roles: Pinpoint the critical roles, often lower in the hierarchy, that are essential for value creation.
    - Establish Clear Priorities: Help CEOs create clear lines of sight to where the most impactful work is happening, enabling better decision-making and involvement.
    By addressing these concerns, we assist CEOs in creating a more efficient path to value creation, ensuring that the right talent is concentrated on the most impactful priorities. The result is better value creation and a shorter time to achieve it.
