Drove this track again today and it’s mad how much speed you carry through the right hander, if someone spins or stops, you’ve got absolutely nowhere to go at all. At least you were both ok
Happened to me going through the right hander somebody decided to slow down and had to slam the breaks on, did a 180 rear of the kart went into the tyre wall, engine cut. The guy got black flagged and kicked out.
That was massive 🤯. Glad everyone’s ok. You had a nice pace tho!
Fantastic sportsmanship to carry on and check if the other driver is okay, true racer attitude that!

I'd give you a black flag for that, you're not meant to get out of your kart on the track 😉 Glad you were ok anyway, and good sportsmanship for checking on the other driver

I mentally felt that crash I know how much speed you carry going down that ramp you 100% hit atleast 50mph when going down it glad your ok
Teamsport karts only go 40 mph lol
@@noobpyxl Yh but you pick up more speed when you go down the ramp simple science you can feel the car pick up speed aswell

Yeh deffo mate. In the day its great as there's loads of skylights
To be fair, the camera doesnt do much justice, its brighter than what it seems but not by much
If you check the replay, the lights were green. I can’t work out why the other driver stopped were he did.

That looked like a fair old whack, kudos for carrying right back on again, that pit exit has always been little bit on the lethal side positioned on the outside of the fastest turn on track.
Over the years, I've also collected someone at the very same point, probably every 6 or so months! 🤦♂️
It was suggested they need a pit exit light there to warn others way back when the pits were moved from the other side of the circuit.
Good racing tho there, maybe see you on track one day 👍
Great sportsmanship, don't see enough of that out on the track nowadays. Glad you were both ok, huge impact.
Identical to the crash I had last night at warrington. Same corner,same impact,even had the same steward talking to me. If somebody spins through the chicane,there's literally nowhere for you to go with the speed your carrying. Smashed my thigh on the steering wheel when I came out the kart but otherwise OK. It was a big one!

Yellow flags when A guy has flown out his kart. In Leeds we had a red flag every bloody minute over minor crashes.

Toreetmon had been Bradford they are some of the racers that legit go 5mph and some that crash every 2 minutes it just wasted time

I’ve only been in 1 bad go kart crash I was heading round the corner and somebody crashed just in front of me so I hit the brakes and hit him and then 2 more skidded into the back of me I only had a minor head injury though..

Was sore this morning. Got a knackered wrist and thigh swollen. When I came out the kart I smashed my thigh on the steering wheel.
That was a bit scary, but a least you’re ok.
