The trailer's sound design and choreography are phenomenal, they make it such a treat to watch the entire 2 minutes and 38 seconds every single time. It's truly something special.
I played Void Stranger back at the beginning of the year, but I keep coming back and watching this trailer again because it really is immaculate. Honestly one of the best trailers I've ever seen for anything. It perfectly captures the vibe of the game and somehow does so without ever even showing the primary game mechanic.
having reached the first ending and not even having scratched the surface if the game in all 30+ hours ive put into it in a single weekend, i can tell you that for even as epic as this trailer is, it doesnt even begin to encapsulate how incredible the game has been. its being pitched to you as a simple sokoban. it is so, so much more than that. do you remember why youre here?
I finished this game. I almost cried at the ending. I then started playing again, looking for bonus collectables. A bit into that I then saw a screenshot in an area no where close to anything I've ever seen before with 5 mechanics I've also never seen. I'm in for the long haul ain't I.
Looking back at this trailer almost a year later, and this is a masterclass in conveying the mood and visuals and FEEL of the game without actually telling you anything. There's so many things going on that will not make any sense until you're dozens of hours into the game, and even then will take some thinking about. And it doesn't even show the basic puzzle mechanic of the game! At all!
....you two are proving to be just phenomenal game devs, I've lost more hours and braincells into this game than I can count and it won't stop being breathtaking
I doubt it'll ever happen, but please, PLEASE release this on the Switch. I've sunk so many hours into this game and I would absolutely LOVE to be able to have it portably. Also, if you are somehow watching this and haven't played Void Stranger yet. Do yourself a favor, don't look up anything else about it, just go and play it, as blind as humanly possible.

I watched CDawgVA’s 3.5 hour *edited* video of this game(I think he said it took over 100 hrs for them to put all of the explanations of what was going on throughout the story together) and it is some of the most fun I’ve had learning about a game and the amount of stuff that is possible in this game is still mind boggling to me
Probably a coincidence, but that final shot of the girl standing on the castle like railing and preparing to jump sort of reminded me of the opening chapter for the light novel Avesta of Black and White.
Currently playing through ZeroRanger for the first time, game is SO good I want to get this immediately after finishing it just to see what other gold the devs have made
Remember, when the game (Zero Ranger) appears to be over, keep playing. Some people never get to play the last stretch of the game because they quit too quickly.

The main moment where it looks like the game has ended is the part that starts at 46:50 in that video. As you can see there is a whole fake ending sequence! A naive player might quit then. Another point where one might quit comes earlier, at 32:00. That is the start of the second loop. I know at least one person in the world stopped at that point, because he thought the game was just looping back and there would be no more content.
