looks like a ripper! the gyro will be stopping you from getting on that wall ride properly, when you turn in to get on it the gyro will start to counter-steer and pull you out of it. turn that sucker off and you'll be all good
Ok, somehow a 3s just made me drool. 😂 I feel so sorry for Traxxas after putting out the new Jado. Now they really won't sell any. Had thought about the 2s and upgrade as no way I'm paying $500+ for the vxl. But now not even curious. I would have to get another Typhon 3. So glad to see something not red from Arrma. That was a brilliant move on Arrmas part. JATO is so jaded now. 🤣🤣🤣
Traxxas ripping us off with that Slash 4x4 buggy. You get an expensive junk 2S and the cheapest controller. Jato is was the legendary 2WD nitro Stadium Truck, not a buggy.
That jato is way better I watched two videos of this new Typhon mega 3s I'm not impressed I'm glad I got the jato is better all the way around the board I can't wait to blow the wing off of this car
I am curious what else is changed from the original 3s platform. The center diff is nice, tho I’m curious how durable. I always had a lot of issues with the original. Dunno why. Also the stock plastic shocks bend. And the stock plastic pivot and ball ends would become so sloppy. Drive shafts blowing apart. So many complaints from me on the 3s platforms nothing but trouble for me.
I know it'll happen sometime after I mention it as I've had ideas stolen by invention places. But, I believe a small latch from the ESC cables to battery leads so that they snap close when the battery is connected. As batteries sometimes try to come disconnected when bashing. 🤔 You're welcome whomever gets paid for the idea. 🤙
You might have just not shown it in the video but when doing speed runs with stability management and is always best to turn it completely off run your car down the road even at a slow speed in center your steering servo the best you can and then play around with the stability control
The 2 in 1 esc is kinda meh but that’s how they get these prices so low so I’m okay with it. Just sucks, if your radio breaks you need all new electronics or you buy overpriced Arrma radios

Definitely this. Unless you drive primarily indoor or paved surfaces. The Groms are great but places to drive them are much more limited than this. Short grass will stop a Grom. They aren't heavy enough to press through it to get tires to ground.
Has spectrum electrics big no from me would rather a roller so I can put in what I want and not their electrics I would be wasting money when I buy it to just throw the electrics each,motor and servo plus radio straight into the bin,every spectrum electronics I have had is crap,I wish horizon hobbies would do rollers and kits as well as rtrs

Nice thing about the typhon is it has 17mm hex so you can easily throw some hoons on it for the street.
That's exactly what I do to mine I switch back and forth from on road to off-road
I cannot believe how quiet it is my typhoon is a lot louder bLX older version, I put the system out of the outcasts 4S in my BMX 120 2400 KV motor
gotta center the steering so it will go straight ........ should be the first thing done out of box

Drive shafts are fine. Metall pivot balls now stock. Chassis improved. Center diff.

In the fury is 45 amp esc, here is 80 amp…maybe in new senton is same esc ..
All will have 80a 2in1 esc with fixed settings.

Good question. That's about what comes in the 6s and they're basically the same size. Main difference is the plastic here versus aluminum chassis 6s.
