Arrma has it going on the past few years….i have a many rigs from various manufacturers…(mostly the common brands like Axial, Traxxas , Losi etc) The last couple years I’ve been dabbling in Arrma stuff….now have a grom , Mojave 4s , granite and a typhon TLR.. These rigs are excellent at their price points and easy to work on when needed. The spektrum electronics are by far better than Traxxas stuff…don’t get me wrong , I love Traxxas rigs and own a few. Typically when I upgrade power systems I run HW or castle but now I’ll use a spectrum systems. Nice review and great footage!
Just picked up my first Arrma. Blown away by the Senton 223S coming from FTX Ramraider, TA MT10 and SC10. The new Arrma Senton by far the best iv owened.

If these cars in Greg’s video don’t make you smile, go find ones that do make you smile. Life is too short to complain about such trivial things as what an RC car does or doesn’t have on it. I love all of these. I have the Gorgon. And can’t wait until the Fury 223s hits the stores cause I’m grabbing one. Great video, Greg. Keep ‘em coming!
It's called giving feedback dude. If everyone just unquestionably 'appreciates' every single thing that comes out, then nothing would ever improve. You keep giving your opinions and we'll keep giving ours 👍
@ yes, feedback in either direction is crucial. However negative comments and whining are unnecessary. Also, the guys reviewing these cars on RUclips are just that, reviewers. Making hateful negative comments about the products or whining to the reviewer is pointless and makes no sense. Just what exactly do people expect someone like RCDriver online to do about aspects of an RC car they don’t like? See my point? They can’t do anything. So being negative and hateful to the reviewers is childish. If there’s something you don’t like about an Arrma car, complain to ARRMA. If there’s something you don’t like about a traxxas car, complain to TRAXXAS. Making these reviewers feel like it’s their fault you don’t like the car is immature.
I've thought about that so many times. If they don't, they have dropped the ball honestly. a monster truck without a brushless 4x4 option on a bulletproof platform like that is idiotic.
Definitely a nice truck - but the real star of this video is that location! Would love to have somewhere like that around. The Gorgon made a nice showing too, 3s would likely be too much for that one
My 3s vortex has been absolutely amazing , it has been bashed it’s been round our local track,it’s clocked 45 mph on a 3s knackered lipo what a great little ripper! The 4s should be awesome
I have a year old Vorteks and its a ton of fun. I have yet to skatepark it but it comes out when the weather is bad and thrashes my backyard properly. I keep seeing all these new vehicles and wishing I had more yard and money to buy moar :D
Wow, sick review and driving footage at that amazing park!!!! I really love that center diff difference, and even the new body graphics/attachment system. Super hope the entire 3s line gets this change ASAP for the new year, fingers crossed. Also, that rad ASF big circle at the park would b, should be dubbed the "Death Star" from it's loose resemblance and capable power amplifying effect as it sends the RC out and charging! Hope you agree, all good either way good sir. Can't wait to add this new version of the venerable, low slung truck to my couple Arrmas, Big Rock/Kraton. A Vortex should fit in nicely w that short wheelbase, quick handling now w a center diff, what? Great info on this new truck, thank you and.... RESPECT.
Man that was a great skatepark. Personally I think 1/10 scalers are best for skateparks. The new 223s system is cool, really cool for a RTR it’s already ready already just plug in and go and now they have all the center diff module too. This is just all good. But only as an rtr. The electronics being a 2n1 kinda a stink but really overlookable seeing as it comes with the slt3. Pretty damn descent for an rtr. Doesn’t feel cheap like the slt2 does. And for a basher who need all that dial in ability. GREAT WORK ARRMA!!!!! And as far as the 223s gorgon, we can only hope it’s already in the works. I feel like it was a test and then the new 3s line up came out and boom boom boom back to back releases vortex fury mega then now the typhon and senton 223s. That is gonna be people first upgrades now from the mega platform. Now, can’t wait to see what’s in store for the 6s line. All these changes can’t be just for the smaller side of it.

Are the body post the same from the old vorteks as I want to buy the older one as it’s cheaper atm but I really like the bodyless system so is it possible to swap them or are they different size?
Slower by about 15mph, I dont understand all the comments singing praise... the 3s blx vorteks was a good truck. I bought one for my daughter and she loves it. On the box claims 60mph with imcluded speed pinion, and it was spot on. When I checked it 59 mph with speed pinion and 5000 mah spectrum battery, on 3s LiHV battery hit 62-63mph. The vorteks came with AVC which was nice for my daughter keeping it pointed in the right direction. Other than the clipless body which I admit is pretty neat, this seems like a downgrade. The 2 in 1 Esc/reciever is something you see in cheap amazon bashers. Kinda disappointed honestly, should've just added more color options to the old truck. I'll stick to my 8s kraton and 8s (hobbywing max 6) Felony. Hopefully they dont ever cheap out on those.
My wife's Vorteks is our share car / beater, and it just wont stop. Still fun to drive. Might be time to give her away to a family that needs toys and get the wife an upgrade.
And damn,i only got 2 crawlers,but gorgon, even brushed,it somehow calling my name,so i dont need never put 3s on my trx4 sport high trail when i want to fun around( i use 2s,i want long life for it) :)
Just pre-ordered it this morning with another RC now I don’t know if I’m gonna keep the ones I bought just a month ago as I am running out of space I picked up 93 RC since June 15 with seven more on the way I have some shorts up for my car trucks just having fun man just having fun
@ I do for sure. When I get into something new I tend to over do it (says my wife) but Im just learning what I like best size,speed type etc. Now that I know what I like and don’t like I will downsize and be more careful with what I buy. Thank god my wife is patient with me but its not like Im spending our savings etc Im going to give a few away on my channel just need to figure out a fair way,maybe a program etc still doing research.
@PC_TV_73 building minster trucks and scale trucks is a good warm up for building trial trucks. They're pretty fun to make. Lots of unique parts. Running out of space sneaks up on you fast.
The only thing that is an upgrade is the center diff. Not interested in this downgrade from arrma. This whole 223 line is obviously geared towards a younger crowd and for those that dont care about the electics. Horizon doesn't care about bashers like me or what i think😂

The choice between this and the Redcat Valkyrie, is not a comparison. For $300 I'm buying a 2nd Valkyrie which outperforms nearly everyone of Arrma's 6s vehicles let alone this. Bigger differentials in the Valkyrie than in the 6s Arrma lineup despite being only 4s. Plus, you can change the receiver. Redcat did every manufacturer a dis-service by creating a $300 vehicle that is better than most 6s out of the box vehicles.
@creekcreeperrc7972 - cement board tape the body, a layer of e6000 and a bit of duct tape at the back on top of that and your good👍 All my basher bodies get this treatment because it's prover 4x as tuff. Vorteks Kraton Mojave Senton Baja Rey you get the 👉 👈 🤣

At least give us the option because when you put the 3S line on the track it roll off we need traction that's why we asking you this does the new 223s have the option to upgrade to Sway Bars???

The Gorgon is smooth. Arrma needs to give the Gorgon the set up you made on it plus make it 4x4.

Gorgon on 3s is super stable. That thing handles power incredibly well, holding wheelies for as far as the eye can see

I got this same model, and it drains battery fast I got about 15 minutes of fun with my 5200mah 3s 100c. What battery are you using?
