Hey everyone! I'm very happy to be back uploading again. I sure did miss it. I hope you guys enjoy the video and let me what you guys think. Fallout 3 Nintendo Switch port would be soooo awesome!! Please make it happen Bethesda :)

Bethesda should bundle FNV/3/4 instead of making it a separate game and charge it for 60$
Aries maybe 3 and nv with 4 as a separate release, or they could include download codes for 3 and nv along with 4, but packaging them all in one would require a ton of space

Fallout 3 and new Vegas I would be really happy to get on the switch but even if they kinda made fallout 4 look a lot more down graded so it can run normally and have everything in it I would get all three of them
Owain rage I think if they got Skyrim and Wolfenstein on the switch they could probably get FO4 as well. But then again, it is a much larger game with higher graphics, so it would likely take a massive graphics hit in handheld.
We need more Fallout games than just Fallout Shelter on the switch
I’d say fallout 4 is more likely to be put on the switch as it is arguably the most popular game Bethesda has right now and personally I really don’t care if the graphics get downgraded like they did for Skyrim and Witcher 3 on switch because as long as the game runs well it’s fine
Yeah, I think it’s not a discussion of if fallout 4 is coming to the switch, but when. I’d be happy with any fallout running portably, they could even do a collection that has 1 and 2 or more likely 3 and New Vegas
Yes, cause Bethesda games if we are talking about Skyrim and Fallout series. It never focuses on Graphics in the first place. It's a goofy and fun sandbox to play with.
I kinda think fallout new vegas was both more popular and a better game than fallout 4. Fallout 4 had some really cool aspects but the story and quests didn’t really grab me the same way. While I’d prefer fallout new vegas on the switch but i’d happily settle for fallout 3.
Alex Crowder yea the quests in fallout 4 were really just glorified fetch quests meanwhile in new vegas they were deep and interesting stories usually with multiple outcomes
TheDingo 579 lets be real though, we all know fallout 4 isn’t actually coming to the switch. It’d be nice, but theres just no way. I honestly doubt any 1st person fallout games will make it to the switch outside of modded switches with homebrew. Nintendo is kind of dumb if you haven’t noticed. Just look at what they are doing to the pokemon franchise, they are freaking mutilating their own games. Literally everyone in the universe is telling them we want the games to have ALL of the pokemon and they simply don’t listen. Nintendo never listens to anything. Thats why the switch had SUCH a slow start too. They are historically terrible at making business decisions. If it werent for a few key videos games holding them together nintendo would have died ages ago. Sadly, about half of the few good series they had are going way downhill in popularity , such as pokemon and even mario.
As far as ik, the older versions of the gamebreo engine are even more of a pain in the ass to work with. Maybe the team doesn't want to deal with fallout 3s engine
Jeffrey Desormeaux yeah also the game looks dated, even when compared to Skyrim on the switch, if anything they’d do 4 or maybe a remaster using Skyrim’s engine, id like to see 3 with more modern gameplay and graphics
Oblivion, fallout 3, New Vegas, and even morrowind all run great on Xbox one

My point was that they are all either Xbox 360 or OG Xbox games and ran fine on their original systems. The switch is more powerful than a 360 and skyrim runs great on it. Why wouldn't it run great on switch

Yeah but wouldn’t you prefer fallout 3 or new vegas anyways? Why waste money dumbing down fallout 4 when you don’t have to do that with fallout 3 or NV? The settlements and stuff in fallout 4 are cool but otherwise the story is pretty bland compared to new vegas in my opinion.
In my opinion it's not a matter of if it'll get a port it's a matter of when will it get a port
Sadly, it is in fact a matter of if we’ll get a port. the game has been out for over ten years and we only ever got a really on ps3, xbox 360 and pc. It’s highly unlikely that we get a switch port :(
Now with Microsoft being more open about realeasing select games on other platforms, Fallout 3 / New Vegas are closer than every before to actually see a Switch port, at long last.
The problem with the port is that they'd need to alter the source code for the engine to program it to support Switch, especially the ARM CPU. But I doubt they have the source code for that iteration of the engine any more.

@@alexcrowder1673 Because, like I said, they would need to significantly change the code of the engine. Way beyond what was done for Skyrim Special Edition and they likely did not keep the source code for the engine used in Fallout 3. Even if they did it's take so long that it's be going against Todd Howard's unwillingness to do anything more than Skyrim Special Edition as it'd reduce the time that they have to make new games, which is what he'd rather do.
If they can do Skyrim why can’t they do fallout 3 and New Vegas. I would love 4 as well but I’m cool without it cause I have a PS4 but my switch please I need 3 at least lol
If my Nintendo switch lite can handle Skyrim, I think it will handle Fallout.

Since I got my switch I've been wanting fallout 3, new vegas, and oblivion, maybe even morrowwind. Their older gsmes that could definitely run on the switch, maybe even slight enhancements to look and play better. Like slight graphic update similar to skyrim legendary edition, and update controls heck if able maybe make the frame rate better like they did for ds remastered.
I want to play them to see what people talk about cause I only got some experience in those games, and as a current really non player on pc since I don't have the hardware I'd like to play it.
Currently I do have it on my steam, but no good laptop to play it, ps now is fine, but definitely could be better.
I'd say it would be a right decision to do so, money wise people will buy it especially since we'd have to wait for the next elder scrolls and we're pretty far from another SINGLE player fallout game, now would be a great time for other ports besides skyrim to have those thst haven't played them to try them out as we wait plus older fans who have can experience them again and it's like we're all caught up for the next games in their series.
Hell might as well make them like a bundled remastered collection of cult classic of those series of Bethesda games to play those four, their all, hate to say it older in a lot of ways that could use some work and they'll be fun to play. As someone who does love skyrim and fallout eventually it gets tiring replaying them I'd love to take my current characters and put them in those and experience it. Especially to then speculate or think of ways they could improve upon them in later installments. Either that or I wait for the steam deck to hopefully play then we'll enough.
In my opinion if the Switch can run Doom, and with Doom Eternal being optimized for the Switch than Fallout 4 can be playable. As long as it is playable I don't mind too much on the graphics.
@Myötätuuli etelään did you see how they got the remaster of dragon's dogma to run HD and 60fps constantly? When it didn't run the best on the ps3 ? That impressed me and I don't think any other switch port has to that extent...
@Myötätuuli etelään my point it it proves they could do an improved fallout 3/New Vegas release on switch that could run better than the ps3/360 ports. Such a disappointment to gamers everywhere.

They could probably do a remaster and have it run on Skyrim’s engine, maybe even make it a switch exclusive if they make a deal with Nintendo. I think it would be really cool if they remastered it or ported it, because fallout 3 is probably my favorite
Also I did hear that the older fallout titles along with morrowind and oblivion had some messy code so they didn't want to go back but I guess bethesda is just to lazy.
They should come out with a FO3 and FONV 2 in 1 bundle on Switch. That would be perfect. Even if it was only FO3(my favorite open world game ever) I would literally save $100 just to get it. But for real they should release a 2 in 1 game for $59.99 or $49.99 it would be worth it either way.

If you’ve got the money you can always get a GPD MAX and play whatever pc games you want, mods and all, all on a handheld like the switch. I wish I could afford it lol. It looks glorious. My gaming laptop faster, but its massive in comparison to this little handheld laptop.

New info: Munch's Odyssee, the first game ever to use the Gamebryo engine has been announced on Switch for May. This marks the second Gamebryo game on Switch. Guessing that would increase the chances now.

I'd love a fallout 3 and New Vegas dual pack release. Having said that 4 is a more likely port. 3 and New Vegas run on a much older gamebryo engine and are both held together by silly string and chewed gumbo. A port of either would be a bitch to do.

Please I'm getting a switch to play games like these on the go. Not really Nintendo games. I'm getting it for dying light and Skyrim bio shock. And the Witcher. Game's like these would are great for gamers like me. A Nintendo if you want more work on more ports and you will bring in gamers of all kinds. Nintendo

I totally agree, except i think you meant to say new vegas and not las vegas. I will say that fallout tends to crash somewhat more than skyrim. That’s the only logical explanation I can think of for them not porting it over already. Most of the time it was just mods that made it crash, but it still crashed a lot without them. I love fallout though and hope they port them anyways, even if they become even buggier in the process. Still worth it.

I love botw new Vegas and fallout 3 but apocalypse wise fallout new Vegas desert was bland and boring, the gameplay and story was awesome but fallout 3 was definitely more of a noticeable wasteland.

I mean maybe. Guns and explosives are a lot more demanding on graphics processing than skyrim was though. I think new vegas or fallout 3 are better games anyways. There are a few features that are cool from fallout 4, but story and gameplay were underwhelming IMO. Building a camp is only cool for so long. I’d rather explore the wasteland instead. At least thats my opinion.

my favorite fallout game is 76, 4 introduced me to the franchise and is really good. But people who say 1, 2, 3 and new vegas are better are obviously just normie simps. I mean, how can you not love fallout 4 and 76?! 4 removed all those annoying rpg perks and speech options, it removed that whole annoying adapt yourself with your character part, and 76? that removed EVERYTHING. It's a perfect fallout game, post apocalyptic, barren wasteland with screaming 12 year olds that look 22 and just robots and holotapes
