Good idea, however, what are the dimensions/distances from the top (mouthpiece) to each hole? This is the MOST IMPORTANT INFO missing here!! Without this, the video is meaningless (after all it's DIY, right?)

What is a distance between the main wholes and a down whole, and down additional whole? Where is first whole? Just I'm making :-) Greets :-)
