Quite a number of years since a daily recorded 5'' of precipitation here in the tropical highlands of Guatemala such as we received yesterday. La Niña is in force! As you say Dani'i, more, much more is expected for this season. Wouldn't be surprised if this is the new normal as ocean temperatures have skyrocketed over the last 2 decades and will only continue to rise during our collective lifespans. Preparedness is the key.
