🍰Ingredients:
2 eggs
130g sugar
A pinch of salt
130g carrots
120g pumpkin
80g vegetable oil
170g flour
10g baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
60g walnuts
60g raisins
Zest of half an orange
Juice of half an orange
200g cream cheese
50g powdered sugar
Bake at 170º for 35-40 minutes
